Came across this place today with my mom and we LOVED it. Everyone was so friendly and courteous, and did such an amazing job. Normally at nail salons I have to ask them to fix something or look over it when a nail is different lengths, but my girl took her time with me and was so articulate! Contemporary atmosphere, clean & sterile, red or white wine (your choice), friendly technicians, an array of pampering services, and they also are male-friendly...what's not to like? My nails look amazing! For only $28 (I got almond shape and that costs an extra $3) I got a full set of acrylic and they have held strong, even through me doing rough work with my hands at work! Recommending this place to anyone who has complimented my nails! Jimmy did them! Read Less

It was ok, but not worth 45.00. The girl was sweet, but very young and really wasn't into it. She didn't massage my feet until I asked her. She said, "Oh. We all do it a little differently. I'll massage your feet if you want me to." I always go to different places, but I probably won't go back there. Just my personal opinion. Read Less

This is the BEST nail salon in Greensboro! Beautiful interior, and the BEST nail tech staff I have ever encountered. They are so nice, professional, and always make sure you leave happy. All of them are great but Lisa is my favorite! She is the sweetest and really takes time with my nails. Their pedicures are to die for and my feet have never felt softer. Worst experience. Cut my nails too short and my cuticles sting. Nail polish was so old and gooey that i had to get my nails re painted because they started to get little bubbles in them during the drying process. Used a new polish and got home and realized it had happened again...i think it may have been the top or first clear coat. I dont have time to go back and now wasted $35 and even more valuable, 1.5 hours of my time for a shoddy mani/pedi. Will definitely not be returning! Read Less

This place is terrible. I hadn't gotten my nails done in a while, I usually do them myself so I didn't necessarily know any better. There was carpenter ants allover the floor and some dead in the corner in a pile. I was on time for my appointment and they made me wait 15 minutes. I got gel manicure and she filed the surface of my nails and didnt dust them off or anything so when she did the coats it was all bumpy, i even said something but she assured me it would go away. However at the end the top coat still had bumps in it. My cuticles were not properly trimmed and the paint when finished started about an 8th of an inch away from them. In between she had my hand rest on top of the uv lamp which was all stained. Germ city. It only took what seems like 10 minutes. The walls even couldve used a paint job and there is a nasty leather couch to sit and wait on that looks like it should be on the side of the road. It was garanteed 2 weeks and literally started chipping the next day. I just got them redone at a different place called purity nail and spa in mashpee and for 8 dollars more you can relax in a pristine environment and they give you paraffin dip and a neck massage. The staff is spectacular, I've never been to a nail salon where everyone was so friendly! The decor is very modern chic and "serene". The name fits the salon. Not only that, but, I've been getting my nails done for the past 12 years on and off, and I have never been so pleased with my nails! If you go, ask for Jimmy for your manicure, he's awesome! No.... Just no.Went in for a gel manicure on a Tuesday evening around 4:45... There were only 2 women working, and we waiting about 15 minutes. The lady who did my manicure had no clue what she doing.... She applied two coats of base ( which in all of my manicure experience, i have never encountered.), didn't let each coat dry under the lights long enough, and then ignored my when i kept pointing out that the gel was wrinkling up. after she finished I had significant warping of the gel, and it was coming off of my fingers in a sticky clump. The owner had her re-do my manicure, and insisted it was the color, not the way in which they were done.. We went with another color, but she left some of the old color still on my nails around the edges! Needless to say, i ended up with red gels, with some sort of crappy purple border left from the previous polish. It looks like crap, and I shouldnt have had to pay. Read Less

I started coming here when I was 14 due to the fact that a wonderful technician I knew moved here. Her name is Linda and I absolutely love her. She's very down to earth, always engaging in conversation and up to date on the latest styles and trends.When I did come here it was under the ownership of two sisters and the salon was running very smoothly. Very beautiful as well. A few years ago the sisters decided to sell the spa and since then it's been under ownership of an older woman and her family.As far as I know Linda is still there but I won't come back basically because of the product of acrylic powder they use. It's always lifting. It's really unfortunate because if they did happen to buy better quality product I would come back here in a heartbeat.I really wish I could've given this nail salon more than 3 stars. Read Less

They are very clean, not busy, and have the best prices in the area. I was able to get a manicure and pedicure for $30 when they first opened (they had a grand opening discount). The prices aren't that much more without the discount. It is very relaxing as well- no loud music or TVs blasting. They also do waxing. Read Less
