I had a great experience here! Kim did my nails, she gave me a gel manicure and did an incredible job! She was very gentle yet thorough and did a great job cleaning off my previous gel without totally ruining my nails. She also was extremely attentive to detail both with shaping my nails and painting. I loved her! The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because when Kim got her tools out, she took them out of a plastic box. I didn’t see any cleaner, nor did she take them from a sterile package. I definitely asked her about this and she assured me the tools were thoroughly cleaned. Because the rest of my experience was great, I did trust her and I haven’t had any issues so far, but I think it would be good for them to let clients see the tools sitting in the barbicide or coming straight out of a sterile package. Would not recommended or revisit this nail salon. I remember in earlier months going into the salon for a simple fill and waiting at least 30/45 minutes because people who came in after me were taken before me even though they didn’t have an appointment. Staff meetings would take place while employees were taking care of clients and I felt uncomfortable watching my nail tech get yelled at as well as others by Jen. Recently their prices have increased due to “a rise in nail supply cost” which is simply a choice that the owner made to get fancier products, and I was told by the receptionist that the money went straight to Jen. I was later harassed on their Instagram page for confronting her about this because I didn’t feel it was right to be told I’m paying for one thing and it turn out to be something else. I walk out with glue around my nails and they are never fully cleaned up and neat. Will be looking for a new place. Read Less

This Place is amazing I started coming here over a year ago I drive an hour to get my nails done. Jen is my nail tech, my nails are always on point! She always makes time for me and takes her time and she’s awesome to talk to! If you like getting nail designs it’s the best around no place will compare around here if you like basic nails go to the mall lol. I’ve never seen so many nail colors to choose from. They keep up on the latest trends and cater to the customers needs. If you are that person that leaves a negative comment on here then comes back to the nail salon obviously you liked your nails so do yourself a favor revise your comment thanks! They offer many services and cater to toddlers as well. The receptionist (Y) lights up the place with her amazing personality! Made an appointment with one of the nail artists, but got stuck at work. Sent them a text message that I am on my way running few mins late but they give my apt to someone else, someone who didn't even have an appointment. They only take appointment on tuesdays, so i don't know how the other person got my apt. They told me i had to wait there 2 hours until the nail artist was done with two other clients, who were suppose to be after me. I thought that was very unprofessional of them, i don't usually write bad reviews for anyone but this really got me annoyed. Read Less

Very poor treatment for clients who are not "high ticket" or are only getting basic, cheaper services. I have been going to this salon for many years now and have recommended them to multiple people however since my last few visits I have decided to change salons. I have been told to wait for over an hour and have had clients taken in before me who walked in AFTER I arrived, however they were getting services that costed more and therefore got faster attention and longer, much more respetful treatment. They charge whatever price they want and do not have any concept of respect, the owner Jen is often never there or very moody and complains about the designs you choose. All of the photos you see online are completed by the owner or the only other actually talented artist, the rest is a hit or miss. They may not be able to give you a proper design. Either way you'll pay more than you expected. Go to this salon and you'll be treated as if you're a replaceable or disposable client and all that matters is your money, not your satisfaction. Went for the first time with my friend after reading their reviews. I went in as an appointment client. Now, the pedicure was perfect but my full set no! She didn't even bother clean my nail off a lil bit. She was such in a rich to take walk ins that she did my nails in like 15 minutes. Now, once I got In my car I noticed that my nails look like I already need a refill. And they are all different sizes. I was in a rich for another appointment so that's why I didn't finback in to complain but one thing for sure I will never go back. I'm too of that I had to wait 20 minutes for her! Read Less
