The woman at the second nail table is awful! I told her she was making my acrylic to thin and I wanted it thicker so the didn’t break, she refused and said this is the way she does it. With in a few hours one nail had already broken. I do not recommend this salon at all. The woman was extremely rude! I have been going to Serenity for the past few years. It is very clean and the service is always great. Kelly and her team are always so accommodating and welcoming every time I walk in the door. I recently was married and they accommodated my wedding party without a hitch. I travel for work often and my nails always look great despite long periods of time between my visits to the salon. I have gotten 2 gel manicures here. Both lasted far longer than usual and I was extremely happy with the overall quality. They work quickly which was perfect during my lunch hour but I didn't feel the care or attention to detail was lacking. Kelly was so sweet and seems fun - I like that she actually told another girl who picked a gel color for her pedicure "its more money for me but I'd feel bad because you don't need it!" I found that impressive. Most places the people are. Old and constantly trying to make you add something to get more money! The price for a gel manicure is cheaper than most places! Ann gave me my beautuful pedicure. I walked in around 2:30pm last Monday. Chose my color from the huge selection wall. Ann was waiting for me to be ready. Very reasonable prices.  I needed my feet cleaned up and Ann spent careful time with this step. This was my second time at Serenity. Came with a group of ladies my first time with # appts  3p-6pm on Sat Nov 12, 2016.  Everyone was happy with their nail choices and the variety of selections. The ladies signed in as they arrived. I went to this salon for a gel manicure before having my son. I knew I was being induced so I thought it would be nice to relax and have cute nails in my pictures. I called ahead and made an appointment. When I arrived they made me wait twenty minutes even though I had an appointment. My manicure was then rushed. I had chosen a white gel with glitter. The lady doing my nails said it would come out clear. She reccomended to do a white gel and a colored glitter on top so that is what I did. Fast forward two weeks later and I could not get the gel off. I soaked my nails in acetone and scrubbed to no avail. My sister who worked in a salon tried to and couldn't get it off either. I had to go back to the salon. The tech who did my nails couldn't get it off. The owner had to literally file down my nail to get it off. Then tried to sell me another gel manicure.  She then charged me $12 for the removal! My nails were left so thin and weak they kept splitting and were painful. Never again!! Read Less

My 2 daughters and I have been going to serenity nails for almost 5 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Kelly, the owner has a very bubbly personality and is always professional. We are greeted with a warm hello and smiles at every visit. I get so many complements on my "pink & white" acrylic nails and my girls bring in designs they see and the girls are very creative and happy to oblige any request. By far the worst nail salon I have ever been too!!! Nails are all different shapes/ thickness, acrylic is bumpy and not smooth!! Customer service was horrible!! Let me start off by saying, the salon itself is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, while there the staff was very friendly. However, I have had gel nails for many years, a fill usually takes no more 45 minutes, especially when I am the only person there. I got a simple french with one finger fully painted one color, not hard. When I had finally been there for a little over 2 hours, I finally said I had to leave. Almost one week later (tomorrow) my nails are turning orange. I have scrubbed them with nail polish remover, soap and water. Nothing is helping. Every single nail is orange. I LOVE Kelly (the owner), and everyone else I have encountered in the salon. Kelly remembered me after one appointment and greeted me like I had been going there for years. The place is clean, light, and inviting with a good energy, and good entertainment on two big flat screens on the wall. I recently moved and I have not found a solon that can give me a set of pink and white nails with the same quality and longevity as I get here. The fifth star can be credited to the staffs ability to turn around a potentially bad situation. Once I made an appointment and had to wait about a half hour because the salon were short staffed. Based on Jessica's review I tried out this nail salon for a manicure and pedicure.  I wanted to go on a Friday so I called and made an appointment.  I agree with Jessica in that this salon is very clean and it smells wonderful!  I have never been to a nail salon that doesn't smell like chemicals!  The products they use also smell amazing.  I left the salon smelling like lemons and strawberries.  The salon is also very sunny and inviting.  When I arrived they were running a little bit behind but the staff was very friendly and it was only a couple of minutes wait.  The chairs are very comfortable and they really know what they are doing.  The foot massage was wonderful!  I did not get the name of the girl who did my pedicure but she was great and painted beautiful little flowers on my big toes.  She took the time to add some pretty details including a little bit of glitter and it was clear that she took pride in her work.  The owner did my manicure.  They do take walk-ins but the salon was very busy.  When people walked in the owner greeted them and let them know up front how long the wait would be.  She told me that she would rather be honest and have people leave than rush people out or have them wait a long time.  She also knew everyone's name and went out of her way to talk to everyone.  I really felt as though I got personal service and did not feel like my service was rushed at all.  They take credit cards but I think they prefer the tips in cash as there was no place for me to add a tip on my receipt. First off I can't believe no has review this place yet ! This by far one of the cleanest nail salons I have been to in a long time.After every single client I saw the nail techs cleaning their stations down. And you can see the nail tech take the instruments out from under the UV light that will be used on you. And that place doesn't stink of chemicals either.The staff was very friendly.
