Nail Studio is one of the original nail salons in Wellesley that has always provided the best mani/pedi's In a no frills, clean and friendly environment.I give five stars for 1)the quality of service: the best gel manicure (no chipping), mani's and pedi's around at reasonable rates with a nice assortment of polishes (OPI and Essie and others) to choose from. 2) Attitude of owner/technicians is always friendly and personable (its a family owned business). The technicians are happy to chat with you- or not- whatever your vibe is. 3) The convenience to me- in the 15 years of patronage I have never had to wait too long as a walk-in, and the services are done in an efficient and timely manner- with great looking & long lasting mani/ pedis as a result.This salon is a local secret.

It's a litte cramped in here, not really a waiting area, so you feel a little uncomfortable when you walk in and you're right on top of people, esp when it's busy. Things have improved a lot since they opened up the upstairs spa-pedicure area.Despite that, they do really good regular manicures (I don't do gel or acrylic) and pedicures. This is the only place I go when I'm visiting my family. I got a full 7 days out of a regular manicure with virtually no chipping.

It's a litte cramped in here, not really a waiting area, so you feel a little uncomfortable when you walk in and you're right on top of people, esp when it's busy.
