I'm sorry to have to give such a negative review after having come here many times in the past, and having had positive experiences here. Today was very different. I made an appointment for two express pedicures for today.  In the past, I've always had the spa pedicure for $32.00. This time I thought I'd try the express pedicure ($25.00). My friend and I showed up on time. The technician started with her while I waited. Since I made an appointment for two and requested the same time for our appointments, the expectation was we would receiving our service  at the same time. We were the only two having pedicures with many seats open. They. did not have the staff to coordinate our pedicures even though they booked the appointment times.  No apologies from the staff. Okay, but I didn't expect to be so rushed.  The place was not busy. For $25.00 my friend had a sub-par  pedicure which lasted 10 minutes only! They irregularly clipped her toenails and did not file them and left them rigged; they also did only a cursory quick buff and sloppily painted them. It looked terrible, and despite our assertions, they did not fix it. That was for a $25.00! Honestly, a child would have done a better job. When I called to book the appointment, they told me the express was similar to the spa only with no hot stone massage. It was much WORSE and not worth the cost. This was very disappointing! When my pedicure finally was done (much later than the appointment and after my friend was finished) I asked the technician what the difference was between a spa pedicure for $32 and  an express pedi for $25.00. She told me she didn't know. Lol. My toes were  painted unevenly with polish left on my skin. I requested a few times for her to remove the polish from my skin. After she was finished with the 10 minute service, I I was told to quickly move out of my chair after  she hurried through my pedicure. Horrible customer service. While an express pedi should be quicker, I was told it was 30 minutes long. It was, basically, 10 minutes long. When I came home I had to remove the horrible polish job and re-do it myself. It was very unprofessional. A I stated, a small child could have done a better job. DO NOT come here. If they cannot provide a decent express pedi, they should not offer one. I've been here many times in the past and many times with my daugtets, but never again. Avoid this establishment! Read Less

Sad to report that this place has gone down a lot since manager has been on maternity leave. Best manicurists have left and the ones who remain of highly variable quality. Hope she comes back and straightens things out soon! Read Less

Had a blast coming here a couple weeks ago with my bestie for a mani/pedi session--this place has very reasonable prices compared to anywhere in or outside of Boston (and I've been to my fair share of salons). I was surprised at how quickly our appointments went, but we left with our nails completely dried and flawless! I got regular polish on both my nails and toes and my hands lasted about 2 weeks. This place is wonderful.  My daughter and I came here on a Saturday afternoon for spa pedicure.  The decor is really nice,  the staff very friendly,  the place is very clean,  I saw them disinfecting after every service.  The pedicure was awesome,  nice hot stone massage and great pedicure! Great spot! The salon is very clean and welcoming. I got a pedicure and it was perfect- super thorough and relaxing. I happened to find the salon when I was in the area and had some time to waste. This is, by far, the best nail salon in the area. Wonderful attention to detail, customer service and impeccably clean. The owner, Natalie, is usually there when I go on the weekend and she is a delight.  I've received the best nail services here and I'm picky. Best Nail Salon ever!! I only go to Luxotic now because it is clean, comfortable, chic and the staff is amazing and do a great job. Nathalie, the manager is so sweet, personable and keeps the place running smoothly. Luxotic is hidden because it is located in the back on Linden Square so many do not see it but it is truly a hidden gem. The place is kept very clean and tidy so I never have to worry about any infections etc... I recommend Luxotic to everyone!! Read Less

Excellent service and best manicure I've ever received. They did a thorough job on trimming my cuticles and getting the polish perfect. They do not do acrylics so you don't have to worry about it smelling super chemically in the spa either which is a great bonus! Read Less

Best nail salon in Wellesley. I got their manicure (usually $17, they gave it to me for $15 because I was a student and I tipped $3) and the service was absolutely impeccable. The owner treats her staff (all recent immigrants) extremely well and they definitely take pride in high-quality work (my manicurist checked my cuticles multiple times, and they have a 2-day regular polish guarantee).
