Man I really wanted to like this place, I did. The first and second time were great-service was great, polished lasted. That's when it all went downhill. The girl who did my nails was nowhere to be found, so another tech did them(not sure her name, but she has all black rectangle glasses). Her pedicure was sloppy and rough, ended up smearing, and gel manicure she painted on my cuticles so that lasted a whole 4 hours. I came back the next day and they were happy to fix everything.I wasn't thrilled at that point, but came back this past Monday for even more hell. I specifically asked another woman to do my nails, which for lack of English failed, even though I spoke with the manager and he clearly understood and agreed to another tech. So I ended up with another sloppy, rough pedicure. When it got to the manicure, I DID get another tech (with black and white rectangle glasses) , but that made it even worse. I asked her to keep my nails long (she filed them down so low I barely have a nail left) , AND ripped my cuticle so hard it bled, she put disinfectant on it, my fucking nail turned BROWN and they just looked at each other and kept going, and she kept making mistakes, she just painted over them instead of cleaning the nail and starting over. Of course the manager wasn't there for me to say anything, and she has zero English, so the original nail tech (who I didn't want to begin with) took over to continue to butcher my nails. I called back later to explain my issues to the manager, and asked for a refund.He said he would refund me, and that he needs to see my nail. So I went in, and suddenly he decided to turn it around on me and say 'oh you want us to do over we will? ' I said no I'm done with horrible service and now my finger is infected. He took me to the side to avoid the other customers hearing me, but I said no I want a full refund this is absurd. So he got mad and said oh , so you want us to work for free? So after I raised my voice and explained to him that I can contact the board of health I will be happy to, he gave me money back.As I left I saw him talking shit to the customer in earshot, so I just simply turned to her and said be careful they don't mess your finger up. I should've realized this place isn't great when I'm also almost the only one there each time I go.Yikes. Read Less
