Not sure what planet that negative reviewer lives on, but my first time here with ANN was a great experience. I got a great vibe from everyone in the salon. I'm not going to lie... I went much to long without getting a fill, so the first time Ann serviced me, my nails were broken, uneven (from another salon who shall remain nameless), and pretty much a painful mess. Ann chipped away, filled and filed my nails to the best job I've ever had. Suffice to say... don't always make a decision based on a review. Been here a couple times. Service is ok. A few weeks ago I had a pedicure done by Danny and he was fabulous! He took his time and did a great job. I returned today and he wasn't working. The girl I had rushed me through in less than 1/2 hour.  It was not a busy time of day so my relaxation should have mattered.  I am so disappointed and have no faith my polish won't last. She took barely any time to do the job right.  No tip for her.  I'll only come back when Danny is working. Read Less

First time I came here I had the woman at Table 6 she did a horrible job by the time she got done with my nails the acrylic was all bumpy and uneven the owner had to fix them because I was so angry so I decided today I'm going to give them another chance and I come to get a fill in a color change on my toes well the woman at table four starts to do my nails a quarter of the way through she asked me if I would mind waiting because a regular customer first came in, like are you fu*king kidding me, people save yourself the aggravation don't come to the salon they suck go somewhere where you're treated better and get better service for your money because I didn't ever plan on coming here again Read Less

Just moved to the area and decided to try a new local nail salon.the woman that greeted me was very nice, told me to pick a color and head over to chair 4. The moment I sat down I knew this was going to be an awful expeiriance. The girl was extremly rude and kept sanding my nail down to the point of pain, not just once but literally every nail she touched and when I would flinch she would mumble yeah sorry then jerk my hand back to a comfortable position for herself. When that torture finally ended I looked down to see every single nail a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LENGTH. When this happened I politly asked her if she could fix them as I'm having Christmas cards photos taken tomorrow and she said "They just look longer cause I had to put on a new tip". That was it. Like no they are all different lengths because you have done nothing but watch the tv and text on your phone while I Sat here in silence for an hour for a FILL. She then grabbed my hand and rolled her eyes and filled one down to somewhat normal length and I knew at that point I was not going to let her fix anything else. I said it was fine and let her start painting. Awful. I have polish all over my skin. Some nails are not even covered, I was visibally upset and sent over to the dryer with almost no top coat. So now my fingers hurt from being over filed, every nail is a different length, my polish looks Like a preschooler did it, and I've been treated like the biggest inconvenience to the nail tech from the moment I sat down. As I was holding in my frustration I got up to the desk to pay and I told the woman cashing out that I will pay for the service but it was the worst experience I have ever had and my nail were horrible and I would now have to go somewhere else and pay again to have them fixed. I said your technician is extremely rude and my nails are a mess. Here is your money. She didn't seem to understand but knew I was mad, she said you dont like? I said no I dont, and repeated everything I said and She looked ready to offer to fix them but I just said I will pay someone else to fix these I will not sit uncomfortably for a service I have paid for and now need fixed and then walked out the door. I would not go here. I went there this past weekend and now my account has been compromised. Over 700.00 worth of charges for a place shanghai xiao in china. There were 4 other attempts to use my card number as well. Not to mention the quality of my nails would not be considered "professionally" done. Absolutely love this place!!! Getting a pedicure is amazing here!! They even use hot rocks (no extra cost) and give you a fairly longer massage to your feet and calves compared to other places. Great prices and great staff!!! I'll never go anywhere else for a pedicure again ❤️❤️ Read Less

I had a mani/pedi and left there extremely dissatisfied.  I had three different people work on me because they juggle you around. The owner was the one to do this gel mani and it was sloppy!! I will never return to this establishment ! Read Less

I went to this place based on the reviews I saw here. I requested ann. She was very friendly and gave me the best pedicure/mani I ever had. She also did a great job waxing my eyebrows. The salon was immaculate, with lots of great colors to choose from. The prices are very reasonable too. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed! Read Less

Ann does an amazing job she's the only one Ill go to for my builders gel nails they also always give my daughter who's 4yrs old the best treatment and extra flower designs on all her nails free of extra charge! If I could leave the stars at zero I would. I had a pedicure which was rushed. I also had a full set. They were put on sloppily. After 3 weeks they lifted and one came off. I do not recommend this place. Read Less
