Meh. It was fine, nothing special. I went for a mani-pedi. The pedicure was fine. I originally said I wanted the spa pedicure but she forgot to do the extras. The manicure was just so-so. It was pretty busy so it's possible the service would be better at a different time. (I went at 1:30 on a Friday) I would prob look for a different place but if nothing else was available, I'd go back. It did seem nice and clean. Read Less

I've never been so happy with a nail salon in my 35 years of having my nails done.  The owners and their extended family are friendly (even hilarious, sometimes), taking a great deal of pride in the near-to-perfect work.  The decor is lovely, and did I mention their prices?  I dare another salon to beat them!!  I've been to salons in Sudbury, Wayland, and Waltham and none come near to Salon d'Elegance.  I call my usual nail technician, Lyn, my "doctor."  She got my feet through issues that had begun to affect the way I walked.  And now that I'm a woman of a certain age, I know how much all her help with in-grown toe nails helps.  Oh, yes.  And she makes my nails look healthy, not only beautifully shaped and polished.I could go on an on about the others, too, but I'll sign out here.Thank you, Lyn, Diane, Corinne, Angela, and Donna!  You're the best! I love these ladies! I have been going to them for almost 3 years. Everytime I get my nails done, it's like having a girls night with your sisters. They keep you laughing. They are sassy and fun. The color selection is great. My gel nails last a good three weeks, sometimes even a month. I brought a friend and she said she's never see the colors displayed so nicely. I've had my eyelashes done here, too. Love it. Gives a nice full, long look even with my stubby, sparse nubs of eyelashes. I also get my eyebrows waxed here. I highly recommend! Read Less

I have been here probably four times. Their nail polish is all extremely old and they have a poor collection. The chairs are all stained and the brushes they use on your nails are turning brown. One does not feel clean in here...However, their masseuse is unbelievably good! Read Less

I started going here a couple of years ago when I was home from NY, where I am currently living. Since then my mom has become a regular and I make sure to make an appointment every time I'm back visiting. My gel manicures for both my bachelorette and my wedding were perfect. The place is spacious, neat and clean. It is family run and all of the staff is fantastic. They have a great sense of humor and really get to know their customers. I've been here many times and never walked out disappointed.  Owned and run by a family of sisters, they know their stuff.  They are honest and guarantee their gel manicures. I can always get an appointment and their tools and the salon are always clean.  Everyone is great, so I don't request unless I need something special - Angela does the best French tips I've ever had. They are honest and knowledgeable about how to care for nails. I would give this salon infinite stars if yelp allowed me to. Not only is the staff incredibly fun and friendly, they are accommodating and personable.  Once you establish a relationship with the stylists they may even do special requests like rainbow nails (image attached). They also do special deals for going a certain amount of times in a row and keep track for you. The salon set up is very fun with many different rooms to walk through and they have every single color ever made in gel and regular. They do designs with gel polish as well which is amazing! Went in for a fill Friday night with my roommate who was getting a pedicure right before close. The staff was so courteous and attentive and didn't rush us out the door because they close at 7. I can't remember for the life of me the name of the woman who did my nails, it might be Lisa? Not sure but she has a cute short bob with red highlights and she did SUCH an amazing job. I asked for almond shaped nails and she worked slowly and diligently shaping them to perfection. I was also going to get a light baby pink color on my nails and she talked me into a slate purple gray color gel polish, and she didn't charge extra because I was a first time client. Exceptional customer service. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails, it's crazy. This place is amazing. I can't wait to go back for a pedicure because my roommate said hers was incredible. I have been to this salon after several friends recommended it to me. While I went to other local salons to get my nails done, everyone said the ambience and energy in the salon was super. You see, it's owned by one of several sisters who work their full time together. They all get along great, make you laugh and give you the best darn mani/pedi in the world. I've been a client of this salon for years, as well as, my daughter, mother, sister and even my husband, and we all love this place and the technicians that work the salon. We have never experienced anyone being unprofessional and trust me these girls that work at the salon are super busy I doubt that they have time to talk about people to each other in Vietnamese.
