I have been going to this salon for about three years.  The staff is friendly and they focus on the customer.  They charge $12.00 for a manicure, $28.00 for a pedicure and I believe the price is $37.00 for a mani/pedi. I had a pedicure today.  Linda did an excellent job and takes pride in her work.This is not an upscale salon with prices to match.  The services you receive at Beautiful Nails & Spa will be at a fair price and the polish will stay on for a long time. They look all posh until you see how they operate. They told me I was too picky when I pointed out areas THEY messed up on my manicure. Sorry but I don't like fuzzies or bubbles in the polish. Go open a NEW bottle! I ended up getting 2 thumb fungus there and my dermatologist told me to stay away from them. This was 5 years ago..reading their recent reviews (got here by chance and actually had forgotten about the place) it's very sad to see they are still dirty, rude and cash only. I think nails salons don't care about "retaining" customers..just getting new ones all the time. It's just money to them. This place is a dump. Dirty, with nail cuttings all over the place. I surprised the women of Wayland, Sudbury, and Weston would step foot in here. My mom and I met here for a quick manicure and i was embarrassed  that i brought her. It took almost two hours for them to do a manicure and a pedicure.  I would not go back, though my polish did stay on pretty well. Read Less

I would never go back.  They rushed me and were disrespectful.  First, my nail girl gave me a guilt trip: "Have not seen you in long time!  Why?!" It was very awkward. Then she cut part of my cuticle too hard until it bled.  She had no remorse, and kept using the same cuticle scissors without sterilizing it.  She also filed my nails down too short which was unnecessary.  They now look worse. I was rushed to dry my nails, and nearly slipped on the wet floor (I wasn't warned ahead of time that another girl had mopped the floors 5 mins prior...).  I couldn't wait to get out of there, but then my girl said "No credit cards!" I literally had to run across street to get cash because are no lights on RT 20 and many fast cars driving by.  It was freezing cold weather- 20 degrees. I felt like an idiot being played.  When I finally got home and took off my shoes, one toe was thoroughly smudged. Read Less

I've been coming to Beautiful Nails and Spa for a while a now and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Everyone there is always friendly and my nails are always done to perfection. They never try to hustle me out the door if I wanted to sit and wait for my nails to dry, like some of the other places in the area. I usually go with my daughter or friends, and we have a great time. I absolutely recommend this for anyone who wants a place to relax and get their nails done. Read Less

They do a fine job on nails but I wouldn't suggest letting them do any eyebrow waxing. My daughter just came home with slivers of eyelid skin ripped off- each eye has bright red slivers of missing skin. I don't know what else to do but let everyone know about it and be forewarned. Read Less

I went here for the first time and cannot say enough nice things. Linda gave me a pedicure and manicure and could not have been nicer. The did a great job and the pricing in her shop is reasonable. I have been to other salons and do not feel they compare to this one. I was able to walk in and get into a chair immediately. Read Less

I had the most horrible pedicure at this nail salon. The tech was so aggressive that she made me bleed....really bleed. The salon was very busy and they will take anyone without an appointment. Clearly, it was a race to see how many people they could fit in. With such a high turnover, I was skeptical about how clean they were keeping the equipment.
