I tried to do a walk in appointment two weekends ago and they were fully booked so definitely make make an apt!This time around I made an appointment online, which was easy, fast, and convenient. I got the classic manicure with Essie Gel Couture done by Kayla. Everyone was very friendly, the place was clean, and she did a great job... can't ask for much more!My only suggestion is either being able to tip on the card or being able to Venmo. Can't express how wonderful it is here! I went to another salon who made a complete and utter mess of my nails the day before a holiday, and the nail beautique helped me out last minute (even stayed past closing time) and made an absolutely beautiful job for a fraction of the price! They lasted throughout my entire holiday and I received so many compliments! I have been back and changed my design, again the price is wonderful! I'm so chuffed that I even took all the girls in my family, including my niece, to get a nail pampering session! If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere, a beautiful and professional finish and the most hardworking people- I would 100% recommend here!! First of all, I recommend making an appointment if possible, they are pretty busy, and now I know why. They were great about getting me in the same day I called, but I was glad I called first! Everyone there is super friendly and professional. Even though I'm a guy, I always want my feet looking and feeling their best! I have been getting Pedicures for years, and from a variety of different salons/spas. Leisure Nails surpasses them all! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, from the music playing to the massage chairs that offer a slower, gentler, but purposeful massage (not like some chairs that get a little crazy with the pounding). The tech that worked with me was wonderful as well. She did an outstanding job! My only negative feedback was that she did not understand English very well - luckily there was another tech nearby that could translate. Overall, I was SUPER happy with my experience. Amazing place. Lynn did my acrylics exactly what I wanted. No issues no breaks just perfect. Its my new place to go. Its been 3 weeks and they still look great!!! Haven't been happy with Nail and Co. In Natick so i am thrilled i found this place and its closer to home.Read Less
