Told the girl I want just a manicure. Picked my color and was guided to sit down by not very friendly girl. She acted as if I was putting her out. Instead of starting a manicure she started to paint my nails. I told her that didn't just want my nails painted, but a manicure. She was again put out and spoke to her colleagues in her language- clearly talking about me. I am thinking that this whole thing was a miscommunication due to language barrier, but that was no reason to speak and treat a patron in a rude manor. In the end, the manicure was pretty good. I went for a gel color change, was taken right in, but the nail tech was extremely rude and absolutely seemed like she had better things to do rather than be professional and do her job! I had a broken nail and asked her to repair it, her exact words were, " no, it not broken!" Well it's 4 days later and guess what you unprofessional lazy bit**! It WAS broken! This just goes to PROVE this establishment is pathetic for customer care, and they obviously don't frigan care about their customers, so save your money, time and go elsewhere. I really tried to give Mimi's Nails a chance and went there several times. The women that work in there are very cold and don't bother to talk to you unless you are part of what is obviously their "base" (better known as the reason they must be open!). Their work is fine but the atmosphere is so rude that I have opted to go elsewhere. Read Less

I am in agreement 100% with other reviews this place is unsanitary and rude!   They do not even converse with their clients it is all about the money and it is expensive.  They need to concentrate on treating their customers better instead of speaking to one another and laughing the whole time.  Of course the customers are all unable to understand what they are saying as they do not speak in English the whole time until of course it is time to PAY!  Find another salon there are plenty out there.  I will never again go here. I give credit when credit is due.  In this case, it's not due. BEWARE - they charge $5.00 to take off your nail polish but they don't tell you that until you pay! The guy pumiced my feet with a cheese grater and all the skin that came off went into the water and he continued to use the dirty water to soak my feet.  I finally said something to him.  Massage was ok, very soft. Overall, it was pretty clean and the people were nice.  If you are on vacation and desperate for a mani/pedi then go.  Otherwise, go somewhere else. Read Less

I recently moved here and found there is not much selection for nail salons. I got a pedicure at one near my home and it was a disappointment. I made the decision to try somewhere else for my full set. The experience was no better. I asked for soft edges, but the technician was too busy on her phone the entire time to listen. I asked for the acrylic to be thinner and she said "anything you want hunny" and ignored my request. The nail polish is streaky because she was in such a rush to get to the next person. The place is nice inside and they have a decent color selection, but after 24 hours the acrylic is lifting from my nail bed! I'm not sure if this is because they are so thick or the fact the acrylic is wider than my actual nail bed, but I will not be going back... after paying $35 for a full set of disappointment. This was by far the worst manicure fill in I have ever gotten. Not only did the lady do a crappy job, she left polish and acrylic all under my nails, and left almost all of them uneven. Ignored me the entire time to talk to the girl next to her. And it is already chipping a day later. Awful service to a paying customer. Read Less

Absolutely the best nail salon. I am really picky with how my gels are done and Jenny does them quick and perfect. Unlike a lot of manicurist she knows how to file and shape your nails. She is also really good with airbrush designs, my favorite so far has been the zebra print. I also get my eyebrows done there also. She is really good at waxing my eyebrows and making sure she doesn't make them obnoxiously thin - I hate it when people make my eyebrows thin!
