I was waiting in a chair for 25-30 minutes waiting to get my toes done and there where other people that work here that where doing nothing from what I saw! My pedicure started chopping off the next day and I was really upset with the way it happened. And a REGULAR PEDICURE should never be 30$! I can see if it was for something different. The owner, Tiffany, is not only extremely knowledgeable about her products and services, she doesn't push you in to get services you don't want or need at the time you are there. in many salons I've been to, if I just go to get a pedicure, they say "you want manicure, too?" If I wanted a manicure, I would've made an appointment for a manicure. Tiffany doesn't do that. In fact, in my experience, she goes above and beyond in the service that I am there to get. Whether it be eyelashes or some sort of facial procedure, she is meticulous and not in a rush. I went first time yesterday for a fill and a pedicure. I was lucky enough to get Kimberlee to do my services. The place was clean, the workers pleasant, the service exceeded my expectations. My friend booked an appointment there to get her nails done and by misunderstanding she booked one for me too but I had to cancel it. And then when she get there they just refused to do her nails although she had an appointment!! Completely unprofessional!!! I would NEVER go again ! And they call it a "spa"???? Seriously ??? I had to find a new salon because the one I went to for 10 years closed, so I decided to give Ritz a try. 1st visit was fine except for the fact that it was 90 degrees outside and it was about 95 inside (no ac on, just doors open) and did I mention that it was also humid out. The girl that did my nails was very nice, did a good job. I have acrylic nails and she made them a little thicker than I'm use to but they looked good. On my next visit the girl I originally went to was supposedly on vacation and only 2 of the tech do acrylics so Tommy did my nails and he did them for the next 3 visits. A few days after he did my nails 2 corners broke off, on my third visit I had 4 broken nails just 2 days later so I went back and he fixed them and didn't change me. I decided I give them 1 more try since he fix the broken ones. I called on a Tuesday to see if I could get in on Thursday night, no answer just got the answering machine so I left a message and cell number and asked if someone could call and let me know if he was available. No one ever called me back and this wasn't the first time they didn't return my call. So as much as I was hoping to have found a new nail salon the search is still on. Read Less

Today was 4th time at Ritz and maybe my last.... I get gel polish. Last time (2weeks ago) my nails were filed and half were very slanted but the polish looked good. Today I sat with one tech that was clueless with the machine they use to take off the polish, she couldn't get the right speed (also why are they the only salon using the machine to take the polish off? Other saloons close to this one buff the nail surface and then acetone with foil wraps to protect from thinning natural nails?) so then another tech took over (why can't 1 person complete the job as this is the second time!) he finished my color removal and filed my nails too short. Then he applied the new color very quickly without attention to detail. The tips of my nails were ignored with color and I can see spots that are too light, where not enough color was applied.... I am so disappointed with my last two visits... The first 2 visits were great and color lasted well over two weeks... Bottom line is IF I go back LISA will be the only one doing my nails... Maybe time to look elsewhere which is a shame as the saloon is very clean Read Less

5 Stars: SUPER CLEAN, they use throw away pedicure tubs, and if you have been their on Saturday night, you will see them clean the place from top to bottom...However, They are changing staff and the ones that they do have are terrible!! I have given this place at least 6 attempts to get it right, because their mani's and pedis's if done correctly would be the best...The final straw was my last visit, I got a manicure, the tech filed my nails, some square, some round...Her painting was terrible, my nails chipped the following day...My pedicure was the worst, I said please don't cut my nails but file them down square, again some where square some round..It was just plain awful...I really want to like this place, because they are so close to my house and they are super clean, and the services they offer would be great if they had good nail techs... I have had my nails done here twice.  Both times I got gel nails.  The first time my nails were beautiful.  The gel lasted until I went back about 3 weeks later and had it replaced with another gel color.  I got a different nail tech the second time.  The nail tech the second time didn't take off all of the original color and she filed my nails crooked.  Near the very end of my manicure, she took out a pair of thick reading glasses to see what she was doing.  She should have worn them the entire time.  I had to reshape my nails when I got home.  Also, I had a pedicure during the second visit, and it was just OK.  The tech didn't really cover the entire nail beds.  My first visit was 5 star, but the second visit was a disappointment, and I had to wait both times even though I had appointments.  I wish they introduced themselves so I could ask for the first tech again, but they don't speak much English at all and they don't tell you their names.Some additional information:  They prefer appointments to walk-ins and they won't take credit cards for tips. The people are very friendly.  They accept walk-ins but they always say "five minutes" and it's more like 20 - 30 minutes.  The first time was just okay.  The massage wasn't great but she did a great job on the polish and the price was right so I went back a second time.   While I waited for my pedicure I watched them clean the pedicure machines.  They spray it with something then quickly rinse it off which tells me it's not clean.  I should have left then - I know - my bad.  The water was barely warm.  I don't know what she did to my toenail but it hurt like hell for days after.  The massage was the worst I've ever had.  It actually hurt!  The polish was great and it does last.
