Terrible, just terrible. I came here to get a refill and a nail fixed and the lady who refused to tell me her name completely ruined the shape of my nails. So I had to cut them short she then didn't fix my broken nail made it completely shorter than the rest of my nails that I had to cut short. She told me she wasn't going to paint my nails, to get out, and don't come back. I wouldn't even recommend a bum to come here spend you money else where. I've been going there consistently this past year (all of 2015) The new owners have been running the salon REALLY well and my favorite aspects (besides the fantastic pedicure!) are the comfortable chairs, the fact that there are no fumes (I can NOT go to a place where they need to wear masks due to chemicals) and the online booking. I never think to make an appointment 9 to 5 and with the online booking you can make your appointment yourself at 10pm if you're in the mood. It is clean, bright and has plenty of parking. All those Groupon reviews are from the old owners, so take a chance! Did I mention that you'll get a great, great pedicure??!! Read Less

I've been coming to this salon since the new owners took over in December of 2014.  They have renovated the salon.  It's very elegant and extremely clean!!  I have not had one bad experience.   I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a place that is relaxing and peaceful.  My nails always look fabulous. My pedicures last and the gel manicures are very nice.  If you haven't stopped into this salon because of your experience with the previous owner, give it a try.  The new owners are wonderful. DO NOT GO HERE! My friend and I found the place on Groupon hoping to try out a new salon in the area. We called to make an appointment for the 2 of us to go on a Friday (we called the Tuesday before). The day of our appointment, she called us 2 hours before saying she was too busy to take us EVEN THOUGH WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT!Since we had the Groupon we figured we would try again. Once again we made an appointment. This time we showed up (a few minuets early) for our appointment and we were told that she gave our appointment time to someone else because they got there before us.Against better knowledge, we tried to make other appointments on our own. I called once and picked a day and time and thought I was all set, but then she asked if I had any coupons and when I said yes she back tracked saying she was all booked and hung up on me. My friend got almost the same response but was told she would get a call back and never did.Honestly I hope this place goes out of business because the owner/manager is rude and doesn't honor her commitments. great for eye brow threading but at the cost of $15 a time id rather just go back to regular old waxing. On top of this I had the worst manicure of all time. she cut me so badly that I did not stop bleeding for the rest of time. Instead of apologizing she proceeded to blame ME for bleeding so much. She did not clean any of blood off my hand just continued to paint over it with the wayyy too light color that did not match the color i wanted to the false nails. I also heard the same script three times with three different pedicures about an acid based solution to take off calluses. I walked in there to get a gel manicure, and it was nice. Got the job done, quick and clean and the lady (Natalia) was really nice.  The quality was very good, and since I had never gotten a gel manicure before, she taught me how to take it off myself.  (though honestly it was kind of tricky and I think it might be worth paying to have it removed next time lol).But they were nice, the place was nice, quiet, and really very clean. This place is snobby and elitist.I had a groupon bought for me as a Mothers Day gift.I called to make an appointment and they said they do not take the groupon on Saturdays and Fridays. I work full time so I can only go on Friday afternoons and Saturdays. I then went on to tell her that no where on this groupon does it state restrictions (it really doesn't). She gave me some BS excuse about being shortanded because of the groupon. If your going to offer this and then be shorthanded then don't offer the damn groupon.  I then called back and made an appointment, no problem, without said groupon, which I quickly canceled.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I called and made appt, only to get a call a few hours later saying that they needed to change it. When I called back, they were busy and asked if they could call me back. I never received a call. When I called again, the person I spoke with was very rude. I have a groupon and had made an appointment for a Saturday. She told me that they needed to switch the appointment since they don't accept the groupon on a Saturday. This was not in the fine print on the groupon. When I pointed this out, she said that they make the decision, not groupon. I would not have purchased it if I had known it would not be accepted. I am trying to get the groupon refunded. No nice massage chairs...just a hard bench and floor level sinks. I bought a Groupon for two (2) Mani-Pedi's back over the winter.  The first time I used it it was the middle of winter and they had NO other customers in the place the entire hour I was there.  Now that I want to use the second, they won't let me use it on the weekends because they're "booked up". She then said she had to get the other line and then told me to call her back- then hung up on me.I called back later and asked what as open (specifically saying I was not using a Groupon when they asked)...she was able to give me 3 appointment times available for the same day I asked about previously. TWO THUMBS WAY DOWN. The Groupon wasn't worth it. Spend the extra $10 and go some place good. Read Less
