My daughter and I both got pedicures today. Excellent reviews from us - terrific pedicures at a reasonable price. I am critical of pedis but can only report good things here. Nails not too long or short. Callouses not too much taken off or left on. Leg and feet massage not too hard or soft. Great attention to detail on my polish. Everything is super clean and the massage chairs are new and comfy. We will definitely go back. For those wanting a quiet experience with peace and no idle chatter (yet completely pleasant techs), this is a good spot. Read Less

I got a gel fill here recently, and it turned out nice but then they charged me $40. 40 dollars for a FILL! That is the price I normally pay for a full set. Then, two days later while I was doing dishes, one of my nails completely broke off. I have never had an acrylic nail break so easily and so soon after getting them done. I called to make an appointment to get it fixed and when I came in, they acted like I was a nuisance. They rushed fixing my nail and put no care or effort into it. It came out awful. Then I asked to get my eyebrows done, and the girl who did them did not care how they came out. Without asking how I would like them to look, she just went straight into waxing. It took all of 3 minutes to do and when I looked at them it looked like she barely removed any hair, and they were horribly shaped. I asked her to take some more hair off the bottom and she VERY clearly was annoyed. She said I should have told her in the beginning how I wanted them because she already put the soothing oil on. So to "fix" them, she just took tweezers and plucked a few hairs. My eyebrows looked better overgrown than they do now!!!! I have visited numerous nails salons over the years and I have never been charged extra for a non-square nail shape. An extra $5 for round acrylics is absurd. If the extra charge was mentioned before the work was done I would have reconsidered the shape I wanted my nails. Left the salon feeling very taken advantage of. Would not recommend. Read Less

I love this place. They don't have amazing customer service but it is a very clean, new, large salon. I've made appointments and they generally keep to the times but will take walkins ahead of you. The prices are great and the cleaniness is more important to me than having a huge discussion with the nail person. They have a huge space and I've come here with 4+ people and love that you can all sit together and talk. They have a great selection of gel too. Read Less

I have to say, I'm VERY surprised by the negative reviews. I have been to countless nails salons over the years and Milan is by far one of my favorites. It's extremely clean, organized and comfortable. Every time I've had my nails done here, the girls ask if I like the shape, color, etc. before they finish and have no problem changing something you don't like. I've never left unhappy. I have also never had an issue with them keeping an appt. I've done walk-in on occasion and once, Pro Nails had less of a wait so they did suggest me going there, which was then up to me... (The salons have the same owner and Pro Nails is less than two minutes away on the same side of Rt. 1). My hope was that I would finally have a nail salon that would deliver quality nail care. Here the characteristics. Never Again! 1. appointments mean nothing 2. constantly shifting people around and trying to send you to Pro Nail down the street. Who does that? 3. when filing your nails they skip a nail here and there. Seriously? You have to be smart enough to tell them. All they care about is picking up minutes. They add up. 4. I got a polish change for nails and toes and it took 25 minutes and they harassed me over it as they wanted me to get a full mani-pedi. Why are they telling me what I want and how does this get done so fast? Well.......they suck at it and just power thru. 5. I wish I could make a recommendation on where to go but from Foxboro, Norwood, Westwood, Dedham, I can't name one Salon that has figured out way to give good service and takes appointments seriously. I love it here. It's relatively new, so pretty clean and spacious. I've been getting gel manicures and regular pedicures here for the past few months. The women that work here are moderately friendly, but otherwise they're pretty quiet and just get their job done. I have noticed that they treat walk ins and people who have made appointments the same, but they definitely do their best to get everyone settled in a chair and prepped even if they can't start for 5 to 10 minutes. Every time I've been here for a gel manicure, it's lasted 2-3 weeks absolutely no chips. I made the mistake of going somewhere else last week (Pro Nails) and the gel manicure chipped and started peeling within 3 days. Read Less

Pretty much the worst pedicure I've ever received. I sat in the chair with my feet in the water for 20 minutes before anyone came over. Then had the quickest scrub down. She didn't bother to remove all my old polish and didn't file any nails except my two big toes. When she put the new polish on she missed sections of random nails. They have terrible customer service. No warmth or smiles here.I've called to make appointments and they will not honor them.  They will take a walk in first. The women are not friendly. The main person who answers the phone has no manners at all.She acts like she is doing you a favor.They will tell you to pick a color than you may wait 30 minutes with out any further communication. Worst customer service ever!!  Have been here a couple of times and each time the people that work here have been rude! They talk in Vietnamese to each other the whole time they don't even make an effort to be friendly. I also made an appointment for 6:30 and when I got there the girl kept telling me that my appointment was for 6 o clock and made me wait another half an hour to get service not to mention she screamed it out in front of everybody that my appointment was for 6 and that I had missed my appointment when I specifically said 6:30 over the phone.
