Horrible experience overall. Made an appointment for my mom, my friend, and I they had my mom waiting for a half hour when they said they can take us all at 12. They tried to say we all wanted pedicure when that was never said. They tried to con my friend and mom out of more money. They kept harassing us to get more things done such as I was getting a gel manicure and they tried telling me to get acrylics when I didn’t want them. My moms English isn’t the best and they tried to take advantage of them and make her get a spa treatment when all she wanted was a regular pedicure. My friend got acrylics on the next day one of hers broke and my gel nails three of them had chipped the next day. Overall a horrible experience staff was rude and they were annoying with the whole harassing you us the whole time. Also it took two hours before we were out of there when all three of us had one thing to get done. You couldn’t even enjoy just getting your nails done. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Read Less

I used to love this place but it recently has gone downhill...me and my sister went for a pedicure the manager told my sister it would only be a little wait to get her pedicure meanwhile I was done getting mine and my sister waited a hour and a half for no one to do her feet! I called Sunday and mentioned wanting a full set twice on the phone. Mentioned it walking in the door. Sat down and mentioned what machines bother me, and that I like them squared. Haven't had nails in awhile so process seemed different to me but maybe things changed. Read Less

I have been going here for many yrs and they have the same staff which a lot of places switch people a lot. Everyone here is friendly and nice. They are VERY clean and offer many services. There's not a long wait time no matter what day or time I come in. I come to TINA she does a VERY good job on my nails and wax :). She will make you come out looking beautiful & she's VERY cheerful. Beware of this nail salon, I went in and asked how much a mani pedi cost they said $35.00 they asked if I wanted a spa pedicure for $45.00, I said yes understanding it would be just $10.00 more, when I went to check out the man said that it would be $57.00! That the manicure was not part of the price. He apoligized saying he didn't know, even though he had told me earlier he had worked there a long time. He knew, it was very deceptive. I never had issues with my nails in 39 years, over the 2007 xmas holiday I decided to get Arcylic nails. That night my fingers were killing me & my skin around my nails was extremely itching. Long story short, I only kept them on until I was able to pull them off. I never even went back for a fill. All the skin around my nail bubbled and pealed off, they were so raw I had to sleep with vaseline on my fingers & gloves on. Now that they are off all my real nails fell are black & falling off. I'm completely beside myself!!! Looks clean but so isn't. I will never go back to them again!!! Read Less
