I went there 2 weeks ago to give it a try. I wanted dip powder with extensions. The lady i sat with was rude. She told me the color i picked was uneven so it wouldn’t look right and i even mentioned i would pick out something else , she told me to just do white tips even though that wasn’t what i wanted and that i should do natural nails instead of extension over and over again... i paid 45 and tipped 55 for nails i didn’t want. after 2 weeks, one nail is already chipping off bad. Went in to get a fill here bc my normal place was packed since it's the day before New Year's Eve. The woman I had rushed throughout my whole fill, didn't asked me any questions on how I liked my nails shaped or anything. She then started painting my nails with the color I picked and it was clearly old and chunky. Right then I knew the polish probably wouldn't dry. I sat there drying for over 20 minutes looking at my rushed, chunky nails. So I decided I would just take off the polish when I get home and repaint them myself, bc the fill is really what I needed.Upon taking off the polish I noticed the acrylic was overlapped on top of my cuticle. I spent a good hour trying to peel the acrylic fill off my skin without completely ruining my nails.I learned my lesson to not be impatient and wait to go to a place that really cares about their customers. This was the worst acrylic experience i've ever had. Do NOT waste your money here. I was seated as soon as i got in for a new set and she started doing a nice job on me until a women who had an appointment walked in. She rushed to finish my nails and not only were they way shorter than i asked, she didn't wash them and did a sloppy job with the manicure. I still have hang nails and nail polish on my skin all so she could finish for her appointment in time. Absolutely ridiculous and zero time management or regard for my money spent. Never coming to this shithole again. I would love for a refund but they definitely wouldn't even care to give me one. Read Less

Was told it would be a 15 minute wait for 2 pedis... was seated in about 5 and told someone would be with us soon. Someone came over and started on my friend's pedi... then once hers was done that same nail tech came to do mine. At this point 50+ minutes had passed so I had to leave, without getting my pedicure. I was told they were understaffed which probably means they should have taken that into account when giving my wait time. Seems like a sketchy way to keep a customer from going elsewhere. I had a great first time experience at Zaza Nails. Hannah and the other technicians were very polite and the gentleman who answered the phone had great etiquette when answering my questions. I gave 4 stars because I think that the pedicure could have came out a bit better, but I enjoyed the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere of this salon. My nails also came out pretty good. I originally came in for just a pedicure, but I ended up with a gel Mani as well. I did not feel pressured to spend extra money by getting a deluxe this or that or adding designs. I was asked if I wanted to make the pedicure a gel or also get my nails done. I gave in because I wanted my nails done the whole time and was scrolling nails on Pinterest  anyway. I am glad that I came here, and I hope this gel manicure lasts until after my vacation over. I may choose to call Zaza's home if it does. Read Less

I walked into this salon on a Saturday at 5pm and was taken right away. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and I was finished in just an hour! The manicure did a flawless job, and I felt so relaxed. I will definitely be returning! Read Less

I go all the time,Spa Pedi with the gel polish on the toes( not fake nails but the polish they dry with the light,) so much better in the winter than waiting to get in to shoes or wearing flip flops! Also full face wax, and occasional mani. The place is always clean. No chemical smell in the air.. Staff is always kind. And seem relaxed and happy.. Kelly is my favorite. Kevin is funny . No forced small talk. And no sour overseer working the staff like it is a sweatshop like someplace in Raynham I used to go to. Read Less

Went last Saturday 10/03. When on for a full set,..Some of my nails slant to the side/filed crooked. One hand is different from the other.Highly disappointed! All the nail tech did was try to talk me into more things and questioning my choices. Odd! Wish I could've spoken up then and got my money back. Will never go back! I went in on Labor Day pretty late in the day for a fill. I only waited about 5 minutes sit get my nails done.  I asked if he could do design and I showed a picture. He did a great job and picked out perfect colors to match the picture. I was very happy. Read Less

Let me start with when I first walked in they were really kind and the owner sat down and started talking to me and told me about what the butterfly pedicure chair they have for the kids when I started talking about my niece  and started talking and making jokes with me .. the gentlemen who was doing my nails asked what I wanted and did exactly what i wanted. They hold a conversation with you. And when I was drying my nails he sat next to me and continued the conversation until i left. He went on to tell me how long he's been doing nails amd the different states he's been to and it really shows in his work.. there friendly and there work is amazing!!  I will be going back! I would not even give this place a star if i didnt have to. I went in there on a Friday right around noon time with my sister. When we got there we asked if they had more than one person working so we could get our nails done together and the woman had told us yes. After about 10 minutes we asked her again because no one else was coming out to help. She again said yes. She ended up doing my sisters nails and no one else ever came out to help. While doing my sisters nails she did a fill in about 10 minutes. She was not taking her time at all. My sister washed her hands and was about to get her nails painted and noticed one nail needed to be filed so the woman then told my sister all her nails on one hand were longer than the other hand. The woman then fixed them, however, we were annoyed that she did not bother to fix them at first and was going to let her leave with uneven nails. She then painted them really fast and got paint all over her hands and also when my sister noticed a hair in one of her nails the woman just painted over it. My sister was very upset and was talking to her and the woman just ignored her and moved her bag to the drying table. The woman than began to ask me if i even wanted to continue to get my nails done and unfortunately i said yes because she already took off my polish. She then started to do my nails and was rushing the whole time. A few minutes later a group of 4 came in to get their nails done and then she called a man and he showed up about 10 minutes later to help her take some customers. She woman got paint all over my fingers and all my nails look terrible, some are round and some are square. They look terrible. There was a girl sitting next to me and asked the man to fix her nail and he said "why? whats wrong with it?" It was sideways!!! This place is a horrible place and very dirty as she just brushes everything onto the floor and it looks like it never gets cleaned. The people there are very rude and dont care about the customers.
