This was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had! I literally witnessed these people using the same instruments on multiple people one after another. NOTHING WAS STERILIZED between customers, not even the footub. So disgusting. If you don't mind soaking and getting your feet scrubbed along with someone elses dead skin then this is your place.

I went in on a Saturday to have a mani/pedi with a woman named Amy. She was rushing me, pulling my arms, and barely doing the things that are supposed to be done. She cut my nails a lot shorter than I liked even though I told her to trim just a little. I had to ask her to refile some of the nails because they were uneven. When I left my french manicure was sloppy! And as you can imagine she and the other woman in the shop were speaking Vietnamese, which is so rude. It cost me $45 for a french mani/pedi....not that cheap. I'll spend the extra money next time and go to Nails and Co.

Love this place! Went here on a whim for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The salon was very clean. Had a mani/pedi done by Jessica. She was pleasant, relatable, and efficient. I walked out with perfectly polished fingers and toes. I'll definitely be back!

Went here on Sunday for the first time. Ly and Linh were both welcoming and friendly. Ly gave me a wonderful pedicure and took special care not to hurt my bad knee. I will definitely tell my friend...

This salon is now owned by the lovely Nikki who used to have a shop in Marblehead. They do a wonderful job and offer a very comfortable pedicure area. Highly recommend for great service.

This was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had! I literally witnessed these people using the same instruments on multiple people one after another. NOTHING WAS STERILIZED between customers, not even the footub. So disgusting. If you don't mind soaking and getting your feet scrubbed along with someone elses dead skin then this is your place.

I went in on a Saturday to have a mani/pedi with a woman named Amy. She was rushing me, pulling my arms, and barely doing the things that are supposed to be done. She cut my nails a lot shorter than I liked even though I told her to trim just a little. I had to ask her to refile some of the nails because they were uneven.
