Went during the snow storm where almost the entire town lost power & luckily they had power. I only waited a maximum of 5 minutes. I went to get gel nails, I think they had more colors than I saw, but what I looked at was a great selection, anyway. But when I sat down the nail tech asked if I wanted to try out dip nails for $8 more, so $38 instead of $30, and they should last 3-4 weeks. She was able to match the color I chose originally with a dip color so I decided to try it. The tech didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails which sort of annoyed me because I prefer round to square but they came out fabulous so whatever. I would 100% go back again. I go here every 2 weeks for a dip manicure, Laurie is my go to, she’s amazing at what she does and super friendly and funny! She always takes such good care of me, if she’s busy “which I appointment only to make sure she is!” I’ll go to KERI or JACKIE! Plus their prices are great! Read Less

Not a huge color selection, which should have been a sign for me. Was seated for a pedi and they proceeded to remove my toe polish with a very abrasive nail file.  No polish remover, just harshly scrubbed the polish along with most of my skin off.  I mentioned twice that it was not gel.  I just got a smile.  Polish was worn off within 1.5 weeks.  Didn't even visit the beach.  I have never had a more horrible pedi experience.  Very disappointed!! I see Lori for a gel set. She's good, I followed her from her old location. The only thing I can complain about is they leave too much space from the cuticle so you need a fill a lot sooner than need be. I'll probably be going back for pedicure but I just bought everything I need to do my nails myself. The place is small and comfortable. They don't have a big variety of color changing polish at all- not a big deal. I can't really comment about much else, as I've only had my nails done. They do stay on a long time! Read Less
