I booked a 3Pm appt today by phone with Nancy and arrived several minutes early. None of the nail techs said hello and nobody greeted me so I sat down in the waiting area. A few minutes after 3PM, I stood back up to annouce to the three techs that I had a 3PM appt, still not knowing who Nancy is, and was told it would be a few minutes. There was no explanation and no apology.At 3:15PM I got up and walked out after still not receiving any update, non verbal interaction - nothing. I think customers deserve better treatment than this, especially being a new customer and I was immediately turned off by the lack of grace - no welcome, nothing.I think the nail techs could use a short course in how to deal with customers and make them feel welcome, as I did not feel one bit welcome and will not return there.

I've been seeing Yen for the past 15 years. Yes, I'm 29 and have been getting my nails done by Yen since I was in the 8th grade. She's incredible, but I've also had my nails done by almost everyone else who works at the salon, and they're all very talented. My nails are natural, and whenever I have a mani, it lasts 2-3 weeks.... Yep, a regular manicure (I usually get a French mani). My pedi's last 4-6 weeks (regular pedicure). I've been to many, many other salons, since I was out of state for both undergraduate and graduate school, and whenever I could, I still went to Tip Tech. Nothing short of AMAZING!! No other salon or artists come CLOSE to the abilities of the ladies at Tip Tech.

My mom and I dropped in here on a Tuesday afternoon after a terrible experience at Susan's nail salon. Jenny did our nails and we were very pleased. Four days later and our nails are holding up well.

Average at best - do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to Lux Nails in Wayland. Same price, much better environment and cleaner. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The salon is clean, no odors, and well lit. I made an appointment to have my nails cut down and redone,. Yen was my technician and she did a great job.

I booked a 3Pm appt today by phone with Nancy and arrived several minutes early. None of the nail techs said hello and nobody greeted me so I sat down in the waiting area. A few minutes after 3PM, I stood back up to annouce to the three techs that I had a 3PM appt, still not knowing who Nancy is, and was told it would be a few minutes. I've been seeing Yen for the past 15 years. Yes, I'm 29 and have been getting my nails done by Yen since I was in the 8th grade. She's incredible, but I've also had my nails done by almost everyone else who works at the salon, and they're all very talented. My nails are natural, and whenever I have a mani, it lasts 2-3 weeks.... Yep, a regular manicure (I usually get a French mani). My pedi's last 4-6 weeks (regular pedicure).
