Horrible experience. My toe was cut and gushing blood for an hour. The paint is the wrong color and sloppy, and she got purple paint on my while pants. I refused to pay and the owner was terribly rude. I will post a picture if I can. Read Less

I took my mother here for a Mother's Day gift and our experience was great! They treated my mother who is currently disabled with such gentleness and compassion. I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to warn others. Not only did my nails look terrible after going here, but after having them redone today, found out that even though I asked and paid for gel, they put acrylic under a gel coat. It was probably clear I didn't get my nails done often and they definitely pulled the wool over my eyes. I already thought $50 was steep, but the outcome proved an absolute waste of money. After a week the white PAINT (not gel) was chipping and bc of the acrylic/gel combo the nail discolored to a yellowy tint. The shape was crooked and inconsistent on every nail, bubbly and bulky. I used them while on vacation visiting family a couple weeks ago. My gel manicure was already chipping the very next day, and she broke the skin in two places. I told her that I really liked the length (longish) and shape (round) and asked that she not file too much. She made them short and square. I won't be going back. Read Less

Went here for gel full set for a wedding The place had been mentioned on the Sturbridge fb community page I wish I had read reviews before making an appt and going in The woman who did my nails did not speak English- or very well so communicating the look I wanted was nearly impossible.... The tools did not seem sanitary as she pulled them in and out of her apron I was uncomfortable the entire time as she twisted and turned my hands and aggressively used the tools on my nails and even broke skin in a couple places My nails turned out absolutely horrible- bubbles, inconsistent and ugly shape It has been less than a week and they are chipping... these are gel nails, I didn't think the paint was supposed to chip Spending $50 on your nails, you would think you would have a masterpiece. This was by far a waste of money and extremely disappointing!! I read in other reviews that they would not return payment, otherwise I would definitely try for that. I have never been to a overpriced nail salon in my life. When I first walked in I was immidately rushed to a seat. I grew my nails out for the past 5 months so you could imagine the excitement I had to get a regular manicure. I simply asked the technician to NOT file my nails because they didn't need it, she however shaped them. After I take my hand away my nails were COMPLETELY GONE! I wanted to cry so bad. I told her they look horrible what did she do??? She never apologized for HER mistake. Then some other nail technician told me " oh well there's nothing they can do " I then got so furious and told them I'm not paying for this mess and walked out! Don't ever come here! Have made several appointments and each time I get there I have to wait 20to 30 minutes after my appointment was schedule to start. I have been treated as a walk in every time, despite having an appointment and informing them of the appointment. There was a clear disregard for my inconvience. Read Less

I did not even get my nails done from this place.... I have a 10 month old son who I have 24/7 I have a hard time finding somebody to watch him who I trust and finally my mom had the day off and was able to watch him. When I went inside to ask if they were able to do a fill the lady told me I had to wait 45 minutes I told her that I didn't have much time and that if I needed to I would find another place nothing against them I just was limited on time... the lady had taken of...fense to it like I was being a jerk or something when I was just simply trying to hurry up to get back to my child. I am very glad that they were busy and I had to go somewhere else because afterwards I have checked the reviews and none of this seems good... I've read that one of the people that had fungus on their fingernails. That is absolutely disgusting and I would never want somebody like that doing my nails...... Daughter had an appointment to get her nails done for prom. When we got there, they were very busy and told her she would have to wait. We were on a tight schedule and told them that when we booked. They said it wouldn't be a problem. It clearly was since it took them more than a half an hour after her appt time to take her. Then they did a horrible job on her nails, she was very upset. They wouldn't listen to anything she wanted done and took a really long time doing them. Why have appointments if you're not going to keep them? Plus they were very rude and overpriced. We won't ever be going there again. We'll be going to CK Nails in Sturbridge...they're awesome there! Read Less

Horrible horrible. I love my nails but the customer service was completely horribly I could cry. When I came in I asked for my nails done FAKE nails I said I wanted gel. The women doing my nails started doing the usual Set up. Not only did she cut my skin multiple times she started painting my nails! Without putting the fake nails on..'I finally said something so she takes everything off rolls her eyes and grunts. Then proceeds to tell me I have to pay for that now, & pay for my nails. She said 55$!!!!! 55 DOLLARS?? I've never paid 55$ for a set of nails. Usual price was 35/40. I argued with her and told her that's way too much money & im not paying 55$ ! So she says 50. Not only did she almost take 3 hours, but wouldn't even lower the price for HER mistake. They completely rob people for their money. Don't come here. I will never come back. I go here the most because it is clean and staffing is consistent. They are nice to me and caring. I do find that some folks here do better pedis than others and in general they do a decent job. My biggest complaints are they sometimes rush and don't take their time. I generally go when it is quiet so they don't feel pressure to hurry which isn't easy to do as this place is popular! Not a satisfied customer. I've been having my nails done for a long time and never have I had my nails turn yellow and black like they have been doing after getting gel fills. After it happening the 3rd time (and being told that my body temp melts the gel to coat, and then collects color from my clothes?), I go back for a polish change a week after a fill, and get charged $25! This place definitely has a system down. Johnny is by far their best employee and he's so gentle but his work is great! Just like any other business that offers a service, they do it with a smile! Definitely call for an appointment if you're unsure of how their shop runs. They've come a long way since opening i suppose! Read Less

If I could give zero stars I would. I called two days before to make an appointment for 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 and was schedueled for a pedicure and manicure. It wasnt until 6:45 that I finally sat down in the pedicure chair. And during the entire pedicure I had three people working on me because one person had to go do an acrilic manicure the second girl had to go do nail designs, basically it was beyond rediculous. Then after begining my manicure the woman cut my cuticle and it began bleeding and her solution was to put a coat of clear nail polish over it to stop the bleeding which stung so bad. For my nails I had chosen a light pale pink color and I had asked for three coats to be put on and I only recieved two because "it would be too sticky." In case you have taken to read about my horrible experience, my best bet is just to go somewhere else and save your time and money. And no I did not tip anyone I just stormed out after paying prior to my manicure. Read Less
