My daughter and I were about 10 minutes late and the person at the desk made sure we knew that she was upset about it. She rushed us to pick our color which we did right away but some how I got No. 16 instead of 14 but judging from her deameanor, I didn't want to upset her any further. She had nothing to say to me but she seemed like she was upset with not only us but her co-workers because one of them asked her where a certain piece of equipment was and she shouted at her and just pointed to where it was. I do not speak their language but I can tell she was not happy. The other co-workers seemed very nice to us and they weren't even working with us. My manicure and pedicure was done on Monday and chipped by Friday and I don't do dishes. My nails usually last the whole 2 weeks without chipping. We went here from Bridgewater because it had 5 (or almost 5) stars and we were not disappointed! Liam did a full set of acrylics for my teenage daughter and he was very meticulous and we were both very happy with them! The reason I gave it 4 stars is because we had an appointment and when we first came in, someone sat with us and started doing my daughter’s nails. Then several more people came in and the person who originally started helping us (a female), left us and went over and started on someone else. We were just sitting there, watching new customers who just walked in get served, and we were waiting a good 5-10 minutes. Then, when Liam finished with his customer, he came and did my daughter’s nails. I just felt they should have told the people who came in after us that they would have to wait a little bit, as we had called for an appointment. I don’t think it’s right to make someone wait who has an appointment to serve a walk in. Or to start on one customer and then leave them and start on another one, regardless of appt or not. They probably do that so you won’t leave. Even if it had been communicated to me, that someone would be right back with us, that MIGHT have been ok. But nobody said anything so I was confused and a getting a little frustrated. At any rate, the staff was ALL very friendly and he did a fantastic job. They are very professional and Perform an awesome job very clean. The set-up is very relaxing. The whole staff is at your service and the coolest part is the interaction. Left in acetone for 45 mins (wasn’t busy and two men in the salon) two people came in after me yet got seen too first hence the 45 min sat in acetone! It took for me to say my fingers are sore for them to come over. Asked for ombré nails, they where awful, lumpy, definitely NOT even remotely ombré, they where that bad I had to have them soaked off, luckily only one hand had been done at this point!! my nails are now paper thin due to all the soaking and file’ing not to mention being sat there for 2 hours. Can’t believe if I hadn’t of said something they would have taken my £40 and let me walk out with awful nails. Read Less

Diamond Nails is the best around! I've been to so many other salons and none come close. I live in Taunton but I'll make the 30-45 minute trip to Diamond Nails any day. I'm a type 1 diabetic, and it's tough to find a quality place that really takes this into consideration when working on my toes. They really care! I found this place on yelp and was super excited to try it out because of the high ratings and positive reviews. I walked in early for my 4:30 appointment and they started my appointment early which I appreciated. Everyone I interacted with when first walking in was super friendly I was pleased. I was also very pleased with the aesthetic of the salon. It has a very relaxing and modern look. I started off with a girl named Anna who helped me pick my color. She was as awesome! Midway through a different women started working on my nails quiet but still friendly. Now for my actual nails, I'm very particular about my nails. I'm always looking at them so I want them to be as close to perfect as possible. I'm not 100% in love with my nails. The shape is perfect. The actual polish looks a little off but might just be because its old polish. It also bubbled up a bit, but she fixed it when I ask her to buy still looks a little off. Love, love, love my new nails After being recommended by a friend, I was at first a little bit apprehensive as your a new shop and your Facebook page didn't have much information on.. But I popped in today and was seen straight away which is great as I really wanted my nails done today and didn't wanna wait or come back.. The technician listen to what I wanted and did exactly what I wanted.. He was a little quiet but that's ok because he was doing a good job.. And my nails look lovely.. I was offered a coffee which was nice and the younger technician was chatty, I felt very welcomed at the shop.. The shop might I add was very tidy & clean..
