I have been going to The Perfect Ten for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The salon is a warm and inviting atmosphere and Connie and Sabrina make all of their clients feel welcome and comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments. The services are professional and indulgent - getting a mani/pedi always leaves me feeling pampered and relaxed. I have been going to Jen for my nails for approximately 20 years and 3 different spas.  Jen has always done a fantastic job and is very meticulous with her work.  I love my nails and get compliments on them wherever I go, especially when I travel!!  Needless to say, I will follow Jen wherever she goes, but hope Perfect Ten is her last stop.  Connie & Sabrina are super nice and it's a very friendly environment to be in.  I HIGHLY recommend Perfect Ten!! If I could give this business a negative star I would.  I had a couple of bad experiences in the area and called and spoke to the owner of Perfect Ten who assured me all her girls were good,  I made an apt with one of them and on Friday night I went in.  The shop is very pretty,  the girl who did my nails claimed to have many years experience,  she has only been there under a year.  I could not believe the horrendous job she did and it makes me furious to think that I actually paid her.  I went in for a fill,  my nails weren't that bad I just wasn't thrilled with them,  I told her what I wanted and it went downhill from there.  I showed many people this disaster and all agreed I should never have paid for the service,  I was horrified.  The next day I called ZaZa nails on Montvale ave and a very nice woman spent 1 1/2 hours straightening out my nails.  I cannot believe how hard she had to work to make my nails presentable.  I will say without hesitation that it was the worst job I have ever seen a tech do on anyones nails,  and the clincher is that a fill is $27.00!  I have never paid more than $18.00    Stay away from this place...Horrible Horrible Horrible Read Less

I LOVE this salon. I have been working in Stoneham since Oct. 2010 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The ladies here are wonderful. Connie and Sabrina are amazing! This is just a small example of how great they are: In the craziness of planning my wedding I actually forgot to schedule myself for a manicure! So, on the day of my wedding, on a really busy Saturday in July with my veil on Sabrina actually squeezed me in! It was incredible! My nails never looked so lovely. I am forever grateful to Perfect Ten for making my ten look perfect for my wedding day. The salon is clean, friendly and well decorated. The atmosphere, conversation, and hospitality are warm.
