I went in believing all of the reviews. Well I was not impressed. Wait time was slow only 3 people working in the front but only 2 were taking clientele. They hept speaking in their native language which makes anyone feel uncomfortable. What can they possibly be saying if it was not positive comments for all to hear? The place itself was not great, there isn't a board by the entance with the prices, which puts you in a spot where you NEED to pay WHATEVER they ask. The atmosphere feels off too. Booked an appointment last night through Facebook for full set of acrylics as my normal nail salon is closed. Top nails replied to me quickly to confirm my appointment was booked for today - which was great as I'm normally sat waiting in a queue for 30mins+! I turned up to the salon which was nicely presented and was welcomed quickly to my seat. I didn't have a clear idea what I wanted as I'm always so indecisive! but they provided a lot more choices than my other salon! Lady recommend a style and I loved it! They took their time and made each nail perfect overall very happy and as a new customer they discounted my overall price . Will be coming back for sure! I had my Christmas nails done here I thought the staff was very friendly and there customer service was very good to. They helped me choose my nail design and the outcome was fabulous the detail style and length is just perfect. Love my nails, my only complaint is that I feel that I was over charged at £25 as I only had infils which are supposed to be £18 and I had them polished and a little bow put on my thumb so the nail polish and the two bows were charged at £7 so even if the bows were £1 each that's still £6 just for nail polish which I think personally I was ripped off sorry guys Read Less

Went here to treat myself for my birthday. However my nails looked really sloppy, I could've done a better job myself. Not only that but the next morning my nails looked ruined due to a lot of chipping. They didn't even last 24 hours. What a waste of money. Read Less
