Did not have a good experience. It took them two hrs to do my nails. They applied way too much acrilic. My nails came out really thick. The nail tech I had cut my nails way shorter than I wanted them. They also didn't shape my nails the way I wanted. Read Less

My nails have been chipping even more ever since he "fixed" their mistakes from their initial work!!! When Andy "fixed" it he spoke in his native tongue to the others making me feel uncomfortable. It wasn't small mistakes either, there were: bubbles in the clear coat, the edges of my french tip weren't completely painted, there was GLITTER mixed into the paint not to mention when he tried to fix the edges instead of just doing it over now there's two OBVIOUS shades of white Screw them. Don't go here unless you're not afraid to tell them up front to fix it or start over. I'm ashamed to have spent 38 bucks and give a tip for something i don't like.Read Less

Amy does my nails there and I can bring her any design I see on the web and she does it to perfection. She loves the challenge and never complains when I bring her design ideas. They are very friendly and funny there. The only issue is waiting sometimes the wait can be long. Other then that I love this spot. Read Less

This First Time I Went They Did Fine But The 2nd Time I Came Here I Got Gel Nails And My Nails Were Not Smooth What So Ever It Looked Like They Painted Over A Bunch Of Rocks And When I asked for them to add more gel and make them smooth they just filed them down to pretty much my actual nail. I just left this place there attitudes in there are horrible and very money hungry. Andy is very rude does not like his job so he should quit. I've been getting my nails done for years never been to a place where you have to force someone to do there job correctly and dam near argue about it. Also a lady was digging up her nose. I honestly don't know what the other reviewers are talking about? Maybe it's natural nails vs acrylics but they truly are very good at acrylics here! I've gotten mine filled every time for a low price (all things considered) and excellent service. Sometimes they are pretty busy & you may have to wait awhile, but when you get there early you're almost always either first or second in line - and they really are talented. The man who sits nearest the door (corner) is very good at acrylics & designs. He created a beautiful strawberry patch on my ring finger, even though at first he wasn't sure what a strawberry was! He was very interested in learning and was lovely. The people are nice and enthusiastic. Thank you!! Read Less

my nails look truly awful. They're crooked, the glitter is completely spotty, she didn't even listen to what I wanted when it came to designs.. And when I asked her to fix it she said all she would do for me is take off the nails- And that I could leave. They literally charged me $40 for the shittiest ugliest nails ever. The place was freezing and ghetto-looking as hell, the customer service was terrible, I literally SAT there for 20 minutes while she made me wait to get designs (my nail tech I was originally assigned to doesn't know how to do designs?) and at one point she even raised her voice at me when I didn't answer her question within 3 seconds. Mildly sketchy, but fair prices make this an easy place for me to dart in and out of when necessary. LOCATION:-off of Boston Road, near Kohl's and CVS-due to the busy street, diving in and out of the parking lot is somewhat of a kamikaze move-very small, cramped parking lot that is shared with AT&TINTERIOR:-somewhat sketchy, poorly decorated and dated interior; there has been a smoke alarm beeping somewhere for the past month at least-lots of pedicure chairs and manicure stations-waiting area in the front of the business-waxing room in the back, doubles as a storage closet (not a joke)SERVICE:-the people who work here are very polite. I've had fake nails removed once here, and I get my eyebrows waxed here regularly. -the price here is on point! Eyebrow waxing for $7!-can add tip on the credit card machine yourself (no need to get guilted into tipping like at other salons)-walk-ins OKAs a note, I heard the owner say he was going to be remodeling in March and it should be completed in April, including new pedicure chairs. I'm hoping they make the waxing room a little bit less scary, and actually have a dedicated, clean space. Eyebrow waxes are one thing, but I can't recommend you get, say, a Brazilian, until they've completed the remodel. Read Less

Terrible...first I thought ok, doesn't look too bad on the outside. Get in, it looks ok. Getting my nails done, ow ok that hurt! My cuticles were bleeding. The french manicure, you can see my nails under it...ew. They didnt finish them nice because there was paint and all the glue/gel stuff underneath and around my nails. Never...ever again. They dont even deserve 1 star but yelp won't allow none or negative. Save your money ladies, trust. Read Less
