I don’t know what that last reviewer was saying about it being santitary. I had the opposite experience. The woman who did my nails did not clean off her table after the last customer. She was rough and cut my cuticles and fingers. There was acrylic all over my finger tips. Maybe it would be better to make an appointment with someone you know is good - but walking in and getting whoever is a NO. Read Less

Have visited the white room today for full head foils by Sophie their new stylist, I have to say she's absolutely brilliant she listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable, she took the time to go through everything and she couldn't do enough for me even making me hot chocolate!!! Had really badly bleached hair from a previous visit when I decided to give the white room a go and I couldn't have picked a better salon! As much as I want to love this place, I won't be going here again. I normally get gels or acrylics and this is the second time I've had my cuticles ripped to shreds by the girl electric filing my nails. And most recently she dug a grove the shape of my nail bed INTO my actual nail while filing. I wondered why it hurt so much. On another note I showed them a picture of what I asked for (a nude pink acrylic with stones on the ring finger) and got a basic French. Well worth taking the plunge and giving White Rooms the opportunity to do your hair. Been going to the same hairdressers for years but haven't been happy with my hair style and colour for along time, so thought I'd give White Rooms ago. Me and my sister never been to this nail salon before but I heard it was good so I decided to try it out when I arrived I asked if they could do the picture from Pinterest of the nails that I wanted and they didn't have all the right rhinestones or color do what i wanted i had the guy ken do my nails squared and the shape is not even right he was very friendly and nice but I would not go back. I got my nails done on Saturday and it's only Wednesday and I already look like I need a refill and one nail fell off never again Read Less

Just got my nails refilled today and i'm pretty satisfied with the service. I hadn't been here in about 6 years and the minute i walked in, I was welcome and treated really nice. The nail technician who did my nails, Kim, did a really good job. She was very precise with my nails. I'll definitely continue doing my nails here. Staff is very friendly and appointments are convenient; every time I've been there I've walked in and if someone wasn't available to do my nails, I've never had to wait very long. That's probably the only reason I didn't give just one star.  The problem is, you get what you pay for....a regular manicure was just $12, and although they used the more expensive brand of OPI, the next day the polish was peeling off my nails - not chipping, I was literally able to peel the polish off in one piece. I'm not quite sure what was done but the polish didn't want to stay on at all. I should've learned my lesson after my 1st visit but I guess I was just looking for a cheap, quick manicure. Read Less
