I went in chose my color which was pink. Told her I wanted just my tips painted and Sat down. I then asked for square shaped nails, well I got square and round shaped Everyone was different. She then started painting my whole nail pink . I then told her "oh no sorry I would like tips only" lady looked at me like I had two heads. She then continued to switch with the lady doing nails next to her because apparently she can't paint only tips. So I get the new lady and she starts painting my tips for me. Well she starts painting them white. Mind you my pink was right in front of her and she heard me ask for pink because she was talking to the first lady doing my nails about it. So I ignore it and just think white is fine it will match anything I can go with that. Well while watching her paint my nails I notice she was very impatient. She got paint all over my skin. More than normally. She then put the tan base coat over the very un evenly done tips. So now the white is more of an off white. And it's not even especially because some of my nails are round and some are square. I then go to dry my nails, but they won't dry because of the amount of paint used. Not to mention I was charged 5 more dollars for wanting only my tips painted. Just a quick little painting of my fingernaol tips cost $20. Place I normally go is $5 and then do a wonderful job. I was very disappointed with the out come of my nails but it was nice how they used a scrub on your hands which made them very soft. They also give you a little water and candy. Usually love this place but this morning was completely put off by the Christian music playing the entire time. Need to be mindful that religious music is not for everyone especially when trying to relax and clear your mind. The pedicure today was simply average. I am new to Springfield and needed a new nail salon. This salon is super clean! All the people that are there are really nice and personable. I had a wonderful, relaxing aroma therapy pedicure (They offer a wide variety of pedicure services) I also had a full set put on. It was very different from what I'm used to. My nails were filed by hand no dremmel. I didn't really like it. Filed by hand didn't thin them out. I'm not crazy about having thicker acrylic. Thinner is easier to work with. They are also not uniform in length. A little lopsided. My nails were polished beautifully. Beyond that after your nails are done you receive a hand massage. After putting the polish on they give you a nice neck, shoulder and back massage (No extra charge). They also offer eye brow waxing. I would definitely go back. I'm sure if I let them know that I'm not satisfied with the filing they would be more happy to fix it. Read Less

This place is a bit pricey. I came in for a pedicure and a Jelli pedi and it was $35...usually I can get a spa pedi with heel treatment and all for the same price. Their spa pedi was $70...so I passed on that. The paint job was okay. What I have to say was the biggest turn off was the smell. It smelled like moth balls...yuck!!! There was no waiting at 4pm on a Monday. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I got a manicure and pedicure and the technician was capable and professional. The salon gives extraordinary massages of feet, hands, and even shoulders as your nails dry. There is no needed to pay more ($45)! If this manicure holds up for a week, I will be back! Read Less

Tried this place for the first time after reading all the good reviews. Yes they do give decent pedicures with hot stones and give you a massage after service but there service is pricey for the quality of service. Not only that I got a gel full set from here and as soon as I went home the nails started breaking and chipping. When I returned the next day he only fixed one and his wife the owner, said "you need to wear gloves and be careful" why would I wear gloves in the summer? And if that's the case why get nails at all. This also isn't my first gel manicure but the worse service I have received. This is quite frankly one of the best nail salons I've been to in years!! Rushed here after work today for my first of many visits and as I entered the nail salon, I was greeted with a friendly smile from Sunja, who I later found out was the owner. She had me sit at a nail station and i was given a small water bottle with a small snack sized candy. What nail salon does that!! I found that awesome. She gave me a Gel fill and she did a great job. I decided to add regular pedicure and that was anything but regular. Lotion massage and plastic wrap on my legs, foot exfoliating and an awesome foot rub. It felt like a reflexology  massage. Then a hot stone rub on my legs, so fantastic!!!!  It all ended with a great shoulder massage. I gave a generous tip, well deserved,  but they turn around and give me a $5.00 gift certificate as a thank you and welcome to our salon. This place is top notch. Went here because I saw good reviews and was looking for a cheap basic pedicure and I'm glad I went here! The staff was very friendly and eager to help me. The price was excellent $30 for regular pedicure with a spa wrap and hot stones included! Definitely going back again! Read Less

Came here today on a whim after reading the other two reviews. I have to say, I found my new place. Hot stone included in basic pedi and back/neck/shoulder massage included in with basic manicures. Prices are comparable but reasonable. I got a gel mani and basic pedi for $60 total before tip. I will DEFINITELY be coming back! Read Less

Fancy Nails is quite spacious and always clean. Prices are low-average for the area (I paid $15 for a manicure that included a paraffin treatment this past weekend, and I believe pedicures start at around $30). There are always plenty of technicians on hand, and they're generally very precise and detail-oriented. I've never had a bad experience. Read Less
