Excellent service! Friendly staff. They do an excellent gel manicure and most importantly they are clean. They have liners in the pedicure chairs and clean all their tools very well. Highly recommend!

This salon is absolutely incredible, hands down the best nail salon I've been to in the area. I booked an appointment here for myself and my bridal party the day before my wedding. They had no trouble accommodating all six of us and were very friendly and helpful. Gio was my manicurist and she did an amazing job! My nails are very brittle and my nails usually chip within a couple of days, even with gel nail polish. With the job she did on the gels, they're still going strong nearly two weeks later! When I checked out and paid for my girls, a woman who I believe is the owner gave me a bottle of lotion as a gift! I am not someone who gets my nails done very often, but I will definitely be coming back soon.

I was in the area and needed a polish change so I stopped in. It was plenty busy and appeared to have a lot of regulars which was good to see. The staff was personable. I was a little put off by the lack of cleanliness, I considered leaving until I saw the barbicide cleaner for the instruments (no autoclave). Most disappointing is my gel polish started to crack 4 days after by the tips and now 6 days after the light green polish is browning. I certainly won't be back

My nails didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted but I could tell the technician I had was willing to work at it until I was happy (I just had somewhere to be so I couldn’t fiddle with it) I’m definitely going to try this place a few more time and see what they can do.

I moved to Massachusetts about 2 years ago and have been struggling since to find a nail salon that stands up to the salon I used to go to. I think I may have found it in Envy Nails. The salon is clean, beautiful and the staff is so friendly.I do not know the name of the nail tech but she did an amazing job. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what service I needed. I was also told the price up front for a regular polish vs gel polish. I really like that because I didn't have to guess what I'd pay at the end.Will definitely be back again.

I am fairly new to the Springfield area. I've been looking for a good nail salon. I've been to a few. I was disappointed and over paid. This is a nice clean, friendly place. I got a fill (not a gel polish). I prefer to bring my own polish. They didn't mind that I brought my own. A non gel fill was only $20.00 just one thing you should know tips are cash only, but they take credit/debit cards.

First time today. Very nice staff. Nice job on my pedicure. I have sensitive feet but the person working on my feet was firm enough I wasn't hyperventilating like I usually do. I'll be back!

The experience at envy nails was enjoyable due to the staff and the tv's. However, after spending $55 for a pedicure and a gel manicure on Saturday, I had hoped it would have lasted longer than 1 week. I have Never had an issue with gel nails, and I'm dissatisfied with the quality from Envy nails. My gel manicure has been cracking since Thursday. Regular manicures last longer than that and are much cheaper!!!As I said, the experience was okay, but don't waste your time or money on gels from here.

Comfortable and clean atmosphere. Staff are friendly and quick to provide service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and are professional the entire time. They have earned a repeat customer. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because it would have been nice to have had more foot scrubbing but still they did a great job and my feet felt refreshed. My sister went with me and said her feet felt like she was "walking on clouds". We got their signature pedicure with the paraffin wax.

The best nail salon I have been too! Its a great place to relax and unwind while enjoying a spa like experience. My nails came out beautiful and the staff is really nice. I have definitely found my go to place. FYI they were busy on a Saturday morning, so I would recommend an appointment but I have done walk ins at other times and been taken right way.

I've been to a couple nail salons in the area but this place by far is the best! Staff is very friendly and prices are reasonable. I usually see my nails starting to chip by Week 1 but my gel manicures last longer whenever I come here (usually about 3 weeks)!

By far the best experience getting my nails done. I've tried so many nail salons in the area but this one was the best. Excellent customer service. Beautiful, clean area. And my nails have never been so gorgeous. I got the holographic powder nails and WOW I'm impressed. They are very detail oriented here, meaning no mistakes.

Got the gel manicure and deluxe pedicure from the groupon deal, had Zion as my nail tech. She was great! Usually any gel mani I get chips within 3-5 days, but I'm on day 9 now and there's NO sign of chipping at all! You can tell by the nail regrowth that it's been a bit since I went but they still look great! I'll definitely be back!

Envy Nails is an outstanding salon on Boston Road. I like the atmosphere of this establishment. The nail technicians are nice people. Jenna, whom i've had the pleasure to have is great! Both times i have had services done, they have been performed to the same level. Consistency is a deal breaker for me. They have met an exceeded my expectations. They tools they use are cleaned and sterilized. They open the sealed bags in front of you. Please give Jenna, and the staff at Envy Nails a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

This salon is absolutely incredible, hands down the best nail salon I've been to in the area. I booked an appointment here for myself and my bridal party the day before my wedding. They had no trouble accommodating all six of us and were very friendly and helpful. Gio was my manicurist and she did an amazing job! The experience at envy nails was enjoyable due to the staff and the tv's. However, after spending $55 for a pedicure and a gel manicure on Saturday, I had hoped it would have lasted longer than 1 week. They have earned a repeat customer.
