By far the worst nail salon around there for you to give me my money after they did a horrible job and my full set which is extremely expensive they were rude and kept staring at me, and I didn't see any sign or a broken machine saying they can't refund my money. Their nail polish has some nasty water stuff in it to thin it out and once my nails dried you could see the actual nail, the nail was bigger then my real nail and it just look terrible all together. So I got stuck getting my nails done by them again (horrible again). Whatever you do don't go to this place. 100% worst expirenice I've had from there work to there attitudes. Uneven and clunky acrylic. They look horrible. Staff wasn't friendly and nails are completely uneven. I could have gone to Walmart and get stick on nails for $5 and it would look better. Every nail is uneven, not even close to the same length, and all screwed up. I asked for them to be rounded and got a nasty look, and now it's obvious the technician had no clue. Let me start by saying that Best Nails II LLC is the absolute best nail salon I have ever been to. I have been going here since it has opened and will continue to bring my business here. The staff is friendly and fun, they take their time to provide exactly what you are looking for. The salon is extremely clean, the pedicure stations are disenfected after each and every customer. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff is fun. If you are looking for great services for nails or pedicures, Best Nails II LLC is the place to go!!! Read Less

I am only giving them one star because it makes me give them at least one! My friend and I went here the day of her wedding so I could get a fill and she could get new polish. She wanted a snowflake on her nails, and it ended up looking like a white blob. She had to go home and have her new mother in law take use a qtip and try and clean it off. When she did my fill, she ate my cuticle with the grinder and didn't even care that I was wincing. After everything, I went outside to look at my new french manicure, and my nails looked like I was under a black light! I went back in and they told me I was wrong, that they were not purple and that they were not crooked and that they didn't rip the skin off my finger! I will NEVER go back here, nor would I EVER suggest this place to anyone! it was AWFUL! Read Less

Possibly the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I've been here a few times and these people always act like you're inconveniencing them when you walk in. Manicure and pedicures are sub-par, at best. The first time I went there, they all but pushed me out the door, with my nails not fully dry. I ruined them getting into my car. 2nd time I went there my pedicure lasted no longer than 10 minutes. Third and final time, my manicurist cut my nails crooked, only did cuticles on one hand, and only covered about 90% of each nail in polish. I have also witnessed the workers yapping away on their cell phones while with clients. These people have very few customer service skills, but I'm sure they wonder why they're rarely busy on days when other salons are packed. If you’re looking for a relatively cheap but good manicure/pedicure, take a short ride up to the Swansea Mall. There is a great little place across from the mall, Nails on First, that is a million times better. Same price range, but 10x better service. Read Less
