Only ok for the price.  The gel does not last, nor the regular polish on my toes.  Tech's are very nice however the 2nd time I went it was the clear the man that did my manicure did not know what he was doing. Another customer was upset with his service too.  My other main issue was the cleanliness.....altho the bowls are plastic lined they were not cleaned in between services.   Also in the wax room the towel n sheet used on the wax table was not changed which is not clean. I found this little gem after I trucked around Worcester, unsuccessfully, for a place that had something to offer that catered to my allergy to acrylics and found this place! April usually does my nails-she and the rest of the employees there are amazing, so friendly, and talented at what they do! I've had a horrible experience here. The first time i was here, my acrylic nails started ripping off, they redid it for free but they picked the wrong color; it was too dark of a polish and didn't match the one on the other nails. The second time I went, they did my nails very poorly. paint job was HORRIBLE. Air bubbles formed on the polish and make my nails look unprofessionally done. During the application of the acrylics they ripped open my skin multiple times and it bled and burned, leaving a unappealing look as the blood dried. Less than three days later they came right off, chipped, and looked terrible. The worst part is, when I walked in the salon and asked how much it would be for a full acrylic set the man at the counter told me it was $28. After the nails were done, he bumped it up to $33. He kept trying to make up excuses and this was immature and unprofessional. Not coming here again, and I demand a refund/new manicure.Read Less
