Creative Nails & Spa has been in business since 2000 and was originated in Worcester, MA, at the Greendale Mall. We've expanded out to locations in Shrewsbury (White City Plaza) and Marlborough (Solomon Pond Mall). Our oath is customer satisfaction, but most importantly, we guarantee our work.

I have been coming here for over a year to see Kate. She always listens to exactly what I want and is very meticulous. She always makes sure I look like a hand and foot model when I leave. I have a crazy work schedule and she always accommodates me. I recommend her to all my family and friends. I love coming here, the staff is always pleasant and the salon clean. :)

This place is terrible. I went in to get a Gel manicure and I left unsatisfied. I came back the next day and explained to someone that the women who did my nails did a terrible job and she told me to pick a color and it should be fine. She ends up giving me the same person I said I did not want, when I asked her if I could get a different person she had said “she’s the one who did a bad job so if you want someone else you’re gonna have to pay for a full set, it’s her responsibility to fix it.” So I said okay. The lady did not even take off my gel manicure, she put the color i had picked on top of the other color I did not like. So i left once again unsatisfied and with 5 coats of lumpy gel on my nails. Never coming back here again.

I had the dip done the first time i went there and it didn't last me the 3 weeks they promised it would.
I was told that it was because my nails grow with a slight curve upwards. Which they do but i've never had that problem before with acrylics so i opted to have acrylics done instead on my second visit.
I was very happy with the shape and look of my nails when i left the salon but 4 days later, they started breaking.
I was very surprised to find out they use very low quality products considering how expensive their prices are!
The salon is beautiful and they seem to be consistently busy so I thought I would get my money's worth but I was wrong!
Would not recommend!

I’ve been going here for years... 9/10 times I’ve had quick service and great results. Occasionally I️ have got a rude technician or one who I️ felt “rushed” my session however the more I’ve gone I’ve learned that the good ones have stuck around and I’ve got to know the girls there... definitely some wonderful technicians who are always friendly and remember you. All in all it’s very clean and they do a good job.

Same technician twice and same bad experience. Did not soak nails at all and then cut my cuticles in two places. And said they were dry. Of course they were - you did not soak or use cuticle cream. Finally got to the moisturizer at the end and she scratched the palm of my hand with her own nail. Red raised scratch. And then said I was sensitive. Sorry - not going back for a third try.

I've been to Creative Nails many times, but my most recent experience was not very pleasant. My nail tech left during the appointment and 30 minuets later returned unprofessional as he rushed through the process. The end result was by far the sloppiest manicure I've ever received. I will not be returning.

I used to come here all the time until the techs started texting and making phone calls while doing my nails, and the quality of the service went way down (gel nails chipping after a few days and cutting me more than once). The last time I came the nail tech somehow burned my arm with chemicals. In a bind, I came in tonight at 7:32 PM, and they wouldn't do my nails because they close at 8 PM.
With the already poor customer service, I won't come back here again. It looks fancy, but they treat you like cattle!

This was by far THE WORST manicure I have ever had. It was rushed, sloppy and I had to redo it when I came home. This is the second time this has happened and I will NEVER go back!

Poorly managed. When I checked in, I was told the wait would be 30 minutes. An hour later and watching others who arrive after me get taken in, I walk to the reception to inquire how much longer. The girl who originally took my name and told me it would be 30 minutes was clueless and despite the fact that I spelled out my name, had completely butchered it and it was the third name on the list showing that names written after mine checked off. The lady next to her said it would be a few more minutes. In the past I have not had any trouble with the wait and the manicurist do a good job.

Nice looking place, and they always do a good job. I never have an appointment, but they always accept me as a walk-in, and I'm always seated right away. Last time I was there, seems like the polish that was used was damaged, so after sitting under the dryer for some time, I showed the tech that the polish was wrinkling, she took me back to her station, and redid the whole manicure. Needless to say, they are very concerned with providing good service, and it shows.

This place is terrible. I went in to get a Gel manicure and I left unsatisfied. I had the dip done the first time i went there and it didn't last me the 3 weeks they promised it would.
I was told that it was because my nails grow with a slight curve upwards. Which they do but i've never had that problem before with acrylics so i opted to have acrylics done instead on my second visit.
I was very happy with the shape and look of my nails when i left the salon but 4 days later, they started breaking.

Same technician twice and same bad experience. Did not soak nails at all and then cut my cuticles in two places. And said they were dry. Of course they were - you did not soak or use cuticle cream. Finally got to the moisturizer at the end and she scratched the palm of my hand with her own nail. Red raised scratch. And then said I was sensitive. Sorry - not going back for a third try.

I've been to Creative Nails many times, but my most recent experience was not very pleasant. My nail tech left during the appointment and 30 minuets later returned unprofessional as he rushed through the process. The end result was by far the sloppiest manicure I've ever received. I will not be returning.

I used to come here all the time until the techs started texting and making phone calls while doing my nails, and the quality of the service went way down (gel nails chipping after a few days and cutting me more than once). The last time I came the nail tech somehow burned my arm with chemicals. In a bind, I came in tonight at 7:32 PM, and they wouldn't do my nails because they close at 8 PM.

Poorly managed. When I checked in, I was told the wait would be 30 minutes. An hour later and watching others who arrive after me get taken in, I walk to the reception to inquire how much longer. The girl who originally took my name and told me it would be 30 minutes was clueless and despite the fact that I spelled out my name, had completely butchered it and it was the third name on the list showing that names written after mine checked off. Nice looking place, and they always do a good job. I never have an appointment, but they always accept me as a walk-in, and I'm always seated right away. Last time I was there, seems like the polish that was used was damaged, so after sitting under the dryer for some time, I showed the tech that the polish was wrinkling, she took me back to her station, and redid the whole manicure. Needless to say, they are very concerned with providing good service, and it shows.
