I'm so happy I found this place. The level of care and consideration they take is way beyond your average nail place. And I am now a true multiple repeat customer. Why? 1) cleanliness: each tool is sterilized in surgical packs and they don't open yours until they go to use them - on You- and only you. Any other thing to touch your foot or hand is a one time use item. The place is spotless and it shows, because everything is light in color, white washed pergo-wood floors and white marble counters. 2) Relaxation: The care team here (yes, that's what I've dubbed these awesome people) keep their voices low and zen-like. No hyper laughter or conversations that have you questioning if they're talking about you. They have relaxing music playing that I swear is probably 432Hz because its soooo soothing. 3) hospitality: they offer you water or tea, and if you pay by card your receipt comes in one of those cute "thank you" folders. I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm the type of person who never gets a pedicure because I'm always grossed out at the thought of most facilities and often times, the cleanliness of a nail salon is...dubious. Sen has changed how I feel about that for sure! It's perfectly SPOTLESS and the nail equipment is in sealed sterile packaging before it's used on you. The gentleman who did my nails was very thorough my toes look adorable. He also did a very thorough and relaxing leg massage and I fell asleep! LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOVE this place. Clean, warm, inviting. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Being 7 months pregnant I want to enjoy the last few months of sanity and this place definitely helps with the relaxation process! I swear the last time I went the lady giving me a pedicure totally went the extra mile during the leg rub, not all hero's wear capes people. I have been going since it opened. I loved this place and anyone can do an excellent job. I think as they hire new technicians though, things aren't as great so now I ask for specific people. By far the best experience I ever had!!!!! Love it there and the owner is exceptional. He truly cares about the work and customer satisfaction. I love the atmosphere and the fact that the owner really tries to provide a true relaxing spa experience whether you get a mani, pedi or a wax. I just hope that it stays that way and hopefully they will eventually offer more spa services at some point. Sen is such an amazing spa! I go here mainly for their pedicures. My friend referred me to the salon and purchased me a pedicure for Valentine's Day a year ago. I fell in love with this place ever since. It is very infrequent that I find a technician (I go see Tony) who is skilled in cuticle/callous removal and treating ingrown nails! Their pedicures are so amazing and long-lasting due to their attentiveness and thoroughness. I can honestly go months without getting a repeat pedicure. Although, in my situation, I think it's better to go more often (I am on my feet 24/7 due to my job). Their foot and leg massages also do wonders for my tired, and aching feet. I think the service provided is well worth the price as the results are long lasting and the condition of my feet have drastically improved over time. I have enclosed a picture of my infected toe which is the result of the pedicure I got on 04/16/2016 which is a week ago. The girl who did my pedicure cut my toe. This was observed by two other employees that were there. I am very upset about this experience. I have been getting pedicures for 20 years and never had an experience like this. My toe is still very sore and painful. Not very pleased at all.
