I arrived for a walk in shellac manicure. I was really disappointed when I left, granted it was very cheap so I didn't feel as angry as I would have had I paid more. I wanted to keep my round nails that were perfectly shaped from a previous manicure somewhere else. The man who did my nails filed them pointy, crooked, and jagged. He filed my broken nail down even shorter. I asked him to clip my thumbs and he cut them short and uneven from each other even though there was plenty of length to get them aligned. There are tons of bubbles in each nail and the polish color was thin and he didn't fix it by applying more coats, I can see through the nail tips. He slapped lotion on. No rub or massage, no oil, he kicked me out the second the shellac was set. He did not use sanitized tools. I will never go back. The only positive side was that it was cheap. Read Less

Always such a great experience at Super Nails. What I want to mention is the quality of their products and their work. I had a gel manicure done over a week and a half ago. Just a straight color. three days after my manicure I had to cater a fundraiser and then the next day I catered a wedding. I was setting up tables, lifting crates of plates, stacking glass racks, cleaning dishes, loading trucks. Not one scratch or chip on any of my nails. They are still in perfect condition today!! Not exactly a masculine thing to do, but I needed help to do a good job cutting my toe nails. Having said that, Jennifer did an incredible job. I kind of felt out of place, but the staff was very welcoming. Even the women there made me feel like it was O K for a guy to get a pedicure. I highly recommend Super Nails. I will return. Read Less

This is my favorite nail salon, including my undergrad years spent in the city (where I tried my fair share).  The place is clean, the staff are so friendly, and it just has positive atmosphere to it...It is a shop you feel good supporting.  You can tell these folks care about their business and their work (Kim does the best artificial nails I've ever had, I was referred to her after regularly admiring a coworker's manis!).  This will be my go-to salon as long as I remain on the Cape. The girl who did my my manicure and pedicure just rushed through them. She also barley scrubbed my feet and cut my big toenails diagonal on either side which you are never supposed to do. I have been here a few time before and had a differ person and they did great. Read Less

I got a shellac manicure that was painfully mediocre. The salon did not offer a full range of options, like matte polish and did not seem to understand what I wanted for my manicure. I have dried gel polish under my nails and the manicurist pulled tools out of his drawer, not a visible cleaner or new package which made me question the sanitation. They also did not start the gel polish close enough to the bottom of my nail so I'm expecting it to start coming off much before the typical two weeks it should last, which is honestly fine as I wouldn't want to keep this on much longer than that. Honestly the worst shellac manicure and pedicure I've gotten in years. No attention to detail, my nails are not shaped well, and I'm just so very disappointed. The young man who did my mani pedi is nice, but I save up for this treat for myself, and I'll need to get it redone. Save your money and go somewhere else where they care about detail and pampering. Great place for the price!  Came in as a walk-in, had absolutely no issue getting taken care of.  Great color selection and the place is really clean.  Prices are great - $25 for just a pedi, 8-10 for a color change, 33 for a mani-pedi.  They do gel too.  The owners are super nice and really attentive. My Mom and I have been going to Super Nails for many years.  We followed them from previous location to Merchant's Row because they are such wonderful people and always do a great job... The shop is scrupulously clean and we rarely have to wait.  I recommend Super nails for both mani's and pedi's! Read Less

came as a walk in on a Thursday afternoon and got taken care of right away. everyone was really nice and welcoming. I picked a color and had a mani-pedi in half an hour for $33 which isn't bad. The leg massage during my pedicure was heavenly. Only con is they didn't get into my cuticles as much as I wanted and I'm used to, cuticles is the main reason why I get mani-pedis. I will try to request more attention to my cuticles next time. Price is reasonable and it's 5 minutes away. Read Less
