Dirty and cramped lack of anyone who speaks  English makes it impossible to relay your requests. 23 years of acrylic tips and first time catching fungus. 180$ for 2 less than average pedis in chairs that shook so violently my drink landed on that floor  and "dip" on 2 people. An upsell they swore they knew how to use the product Subsequently this was the cause for the fungus dip and the acrylic should not have been mixed they looked horrible and now i have to pay to have another salon remove the nails and for treatment. tried out a new place since I was nearby. the young lady that did my pedicure was very thorough and did a great job, as i was getting a mani pedi, the older woman figured she'd save time, even though I was the only one there, and proceeded to do my mani at the same time. she was very quick and did a lousy job. I was trying to enjoy the massaged chair and the pedi, and she kept pulling my left hand over twisting my position so the chair massage rolled up my arm instead of my back hurting my side. after finishing and paying i had to ask the younger woman to complete cleaning up my cuticles and finish filing one of the nails, and i could hear the old woman muttering in the back ground. so not a very good experience. but the young woman was very good on the pedi. so if you go there make sure you request her. The women that work here are very friendly and made sure I was happy with the results of my mani and pedi. Both came out great.  Also, the woman that did my mani applied great detail to 4 nails to put extra decoration that I asked for.  She is definitely skilled.The Pedi..All went well.  It came out great and they cared that I had trouble with my right leg and helped put it in and out of the water for me.However, although nothing bad happened I was a bit concerned because non of the tools were fresh from an autoclave nor in a package .  Not from here, but I had experienced fungus so I was concerned.  I wouldn't return because I am looking for a place that sterilizes everything that can be sterilized.  On the other hand, this was my first Pedi in 4 years so I am not likely to get another anyway.      Again, it was a great mani and I did NOT have a problem. Queen Nails is amazing! I walked in on a whim to get a pedicure and I've been back twice! The owner and her daughter are wonderful! Lee has done my nails each time and has done an amazing job! The prices are great and they even have a loyalty card which gets you money off of a service after a few visits. Highly recommend! Read Less

Didn't expect much from this salon but it def changed my mind. Enjoy the friendly environment! They had a new owner so everything was still in process but beside that they have did an amazing job with my hand, making it feel extra clean and neat! Love it! & 20% off too! Read Less
