Phoebe is very creative and I love the designs she creates for whatever I am wearing,on my toes and on my nails. I love to see the designs that reflect the different holidays. One time when I was having surgery I had my doctor's name in full one initial on each finger. He really enjoyed that!!. For a great experience. go to Phoebe's and pamper yourself.
