I have had acrylic nails for years. Recently switched to gels. Am in Tacoma for the holidays and tried them out. I was very impressed with their attention to detail during my fill. In 2007 I went with my ex-wife to get a pedicure, that she talked me into getting. Two weeks later I was deployed to Iraq, and I had the worst ingrown toenail EVER! I said I would never go back to another nail shop again to get a foot-a-cure, and here we are 10 years later. A friend takes me to labella nails and I have been coming here since January. Great great customer service. Owner and manger are great people, with superb customer service. Tuan has invited me and my buddies to get foot-a-cures and watch football all day on Sundays. I called and was able to be seen right away. I met Sam and Lee. Lee did my manicure while I was in the massage chair and then Sam came over and completed my pedicure. I love that! Such an effective use of time. Sam and Lee were both SUPER friendly and they did a great job! The price was awesome too-$47 for a gel manicure and pedicure. I will most definitely be returning. The only drawback-it could be a little bit cleaner and please keep the AC on when it's 90 degrees out! Read Less

They dont use lotion until after your nails are painted, a fuse went out while I was there, they hurried me out and now my nails look worse than before. Whatever oil they put on my nails after to make them dry faster made my nail polish develop small white bubbles in it. Read Less

Mindy's Nails is my favorite place to get my acrylic nails done. As a college student, I can't afford to go to a fancy shmancy salon, but Mindy's is perfect for my budget. It's also within walking distance of Salem State, which is good for a resident student like myself without a car. There are discounts if you pay in cash, which makes maintaining my acrylics budget-friendly. Likewise, the salon is clean and inviting. Everyone who works there is so nice, and they remember their regulars. I especially love Sam, he is the nicest guy and always does a fantastic job on my fills. Read Less

First time here and loved my experience!! My gel nails never last past a week and a half and I told Lee that and she took extra steps to ensure mine would last. My friend also took ages to choose a color and they were very patient with her. Very friendly, clean environment and great products. Can't wait to start going here every two weeks for my nails! LOVE this Salon in Salem. Going to miss them when I graduate in May. Sam is the best. He always remembers me and takes great care of my nails (he knows I like em long). He is also very patient with me. Also the woman who does eyebrows is legit the best in the area. This salon is very friendly and family atmosphere. My only regret is that I wish I started going to them sooner!Don't get me wrong, I blabbered on about Sam because that's who I go to but they all great and nice. The salon is small but cozy.
