I Love My Experience Here. I Just Got My Nails Done By Davy & They Came Out Beautiful. I Came In Without A Appointment But They Still Took Me Immediately. I showed her a picture of a black ombre coffin acrylics & she did a better job than the picture. It's Worth The Money. They were cheap too. They were recommended to me by a Salem local. I was able to walk in and get worked on right away. I got gel manicure for the first time since stopping biting my nails and she did a great job especially shaping them. I have never been in so much pain while getting my nails done, ever. I was getting a new full set and the women doing it was awful. The entire time she was filing I must have told her she was hurting me more than four times and she just laughed. It's been more than a couple days since and my nails still hurt. Best place hands down in the area.  I was raised in Salem and lived in the area most of my life, I've traveled and lived in different states and whenever I'm home this is where I go.  That's how great these ladies are.  Everywhere else I've gone, I can't find a place that can compare to the talent Allie and her staff have.  You won't be disappointed. Got my nails done there on a friday. I waited 1hr and a half to get my nails done. The lady was very nice that did my nails and they came out BEAUTIFUL. Not even 2 days later one nail just popped off, went back in, the owner fixed that one nail, took about 15 min to fix it then that one popped off a day later. Loved how my nails loomed and they did them exactly how i wanted but they must be using cheap glue or something. Wasnt to happy.Read Less

I wish there was a ZERO rating because these people are awful !! I went for a manicure and pedicure. Walked out with just a pedicure ( a very bad and rushed one ) and a cut on my foot which i have to go to the doctors for now because I am pretty sure it is infected. I read the other reviews and I'm so confused because they talk about hair, when this is a nail salon and they don't do hair. Anyways, I've been going here for a year and a half and I adore this salon. All of the girls are super talented and can create amazing designs. I've gone to everyone, I always just walk in without an appointment and it doesn't matter who I get my nails always look on point! The salon is clean and the atmosphere is so nice. I can talk to a girl sitting next to me getting her nails done without even knowing her name and I'll have fun conversing with anyone there. This is the ideal nail salon. A nail salon that doesn't look at you like you're crazy when you ask for specific designs. They're all so helpful and nice and I'd never go to another nail salon unless I moved out of state, even then I might make the trip once every 3 weeks to get a fill! I love colorful nails! Read Less

After getting a haircut and highlights that everyone raved about, I went back several times and couldn't get the same result. The last time the person cutting my hair was so involved with her own conversations & cell phone that the haircut was awful and the highlights were ""choppy"" highlights. I would have liked to have been asked if that was what I wanted. I had to go back to have the cut fixed and what I ended up with was another bad cut and short hair (it should have been shoulder length). It was still uneven and had to be fixed by another salon. The result is that my stylist was so involved on her cell phone and conversations with others, she did a terrible job on my hair and I won't be going back. Read Less

One of the worst salons in Salem. I've been a couple of times actually. The women there just sit around talking on their cell phones and gossip with each other and whatnot. They can't be bothered to pay attention to what they're doing. One time the woman got dye all over my face and didn't bother to try to wipe it off. It stained large portions of my face and forehead. She also didn't wipe the hair off my face/neck after a haircut. I was such a mess that day and instead of feeling good i didn't want to be seen in public after i left there. The color was awful as well - not even close to the shade i asked for. I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Basically they just rush and try to get you out even if no one else is even there. (there usually isn't) Their clientele also leaves something to be desired. The last time (the LAST time) I went there they were conversing with a woman (who must be a regular there judging by the conversations) who was going on about why there has to be something wrong with a woman who doesn't have children by the time she's 30.
