First shellac manicure was flawless: though I was concerned that the college-age girl in a sweatshirt didn't know what she was doing, my nails were perfect as promised. Lasted two weeks, I was delighted.Went in for shellac change, and my same manicurist sat down to start: the manager pointed her into the back room and she promptly got up and left, and a different, also quite young, woman sat to do my nails. Also flawless, also delighted.Yesterday I went in for a third shellac change, and one of the talented younger women sat down to do my nails. We were chatting away when a client came in with a pedicure appointment she was 20 minutes early for... the older woman who was talking on her Cel phone hung up, directed *my* manicurist to do the pedicure, and came to work on me.The result was a manicure that looks worse than if I'd done it myself. I flinched my way through her VERY rough cutting of my nails, she FILED the extra, sloppy polish off of my finger skin when she was done (I actually recoiled at one point, rather than get cut) and then she announced 'you're all done' with NO lotion or hand rub at the end... well I'm so disappointed. I used to really like this place but recently the service has gone downhill. Some of their staff don't seem like they are properly trained. I got a pedicure and my nails were cut crooked and the polish was not well done. It was bumpy, all over my skin and large spots were missed. I hope they work to get their staff trained but for now I wouldn't recommend. Read Less

WORST MANI EVER! Staff are horrible and ruined my nails. Was charged extra for shape but forgot  to maybe mention because if I was told it was more for shaping I would have gone somewhere else.. when i argued that they said it wasn't their job to tell me it's extra... what?!! Also during my mani.. the filling machine broke and a whole chunk flew into my neck! Wasn't even asked if I was okay! If you believe that you are what youy eat, then the same holds true for your nail salons. Don't be fast, cheep, or easy; because it will look sloppy in the end. The salon has many colors to choose from both opi and gel colors alike.  The prices are very reasonable which is advantageous. While it can be appreciated to be in-and-out, we spent more time waiting to get our nails done then they actually spent on our nails. My nails had a better shape before entering, than when I left. And lastly my friend's French mani/pedi were not only uneven, but they left bits of white on her fingers. (Poor form and disappointed) Read Less

10 perfect nails is a joke. Got a French manicure and they look horrible. Didn't clean under my nails because apparently that's not part of there service. You can still see the old polish and you can see though the white. Very rude and don't like when u point out something wrong with the nails. Horrible customer service. She also took pictures of my nails so if I were to come back that they had proof that there was nothing wrong with them. Everyone here was super friendly and there were TONS of color options.However, I had not 1, not 2....but 4 different people working on my nails throughout my appt. So it's not super surprising that there was miscommunication about what I wanted. I had asked for an iridescent top coat over the color I chose. The girl informed me that would be fine. But when a new person stepped in that wasn't communicated. She painted the iridescent on leaving my nail clear underneath. I tried to explain to her what I wanted but she informed me that she couldn't do that (which I know is false). When I explained I didn't want the clear she proceeded to slap on five coats leaving my nail bubbly and clumpy. Now my nails are just a disaster. Only pros are the location and that it's priced very reasonably. The nail techs rush and are rough. The manager is so ridiculously rude and condescending. I've come here twice and both times I was a little skeptical. The first time I came with two friends and we all asked for gel manicures, it was slightly busy but they took us right away. The second time is what really threw me off. I was with two friends again, seen right away but again helped by a few different people before I got my actual manicure. The woman who did my nails was either in a bad mood or really didn't want to do them. I've never been in pain when having my nails done before but I can't tell you how many times she HURT me. Taking my gel polish off, cutting my cuticles, filing the sides-- all of it was so painful. She cut my thumb with her tool and was so rough filing/removing gel that she SPLIT my nail, deep. When I pointed out its flimsiness, she said it was "fine" and continued to paint over it. It was ridiculous, because of course it was broken and polish/UV rays didn't glue it back together. I ended up being in pain and having to cut it myself at home. Not really seeing myself going back unfortunately. :/ Read Less

I am a nail tech.... and this far is the WORST place to get acrylics done.... my acrylics are paper thin I told the tech multiple times to do coffin and they are all different shapes and my thumb is short and round.... I initially paid before getting them painted in holes to go home and file them myself but then realized if I filed them anymore then would snap off.... I went back and asked to either have them fixed or have my money back and I got attitude and was told this was the proper way to do nail... these nails are so thin they will snap if I close my fists... if they think this is the correct way to do a nail and keep clients they will not be around much longer.... Save yourself the money... as a master nail tech city nails in Lynn is 100% the best place around here... worth the drive... never again... Read Less

Fong, I'm guessing, the owner got pissed when I asked for a specific nail style but I had explained or tired to explain to her that where I had my nails done before described their set the same way but did them differently.  This was mistake #1.  Mistake #2 was when she was removing the setting I didn't want, she clipped the tip of my finger with the clippers.  HURT LIKE HELL!!!  Mistake #3 she didn't wait for my nail polish to dry before she put the gel topcoat on so now I have a shitty looking polish job underneath the shiny gel. Mistake #4 she charged me for it! I should have gotten up when the tips were just on and said thank you but, I'm all set.  I could have had them done and done right by Someone who wanted a new client and a nice tip because I tip generously!I will not recommend this place;nor will I ever go back for any reason whatsoever! At first this was my go to place. But now they act like there doing you a favor. I wasn't pleased with the color because it streaked on some nails. So I said something. I got such an attitude they didn't fully take off the color and they painted a new color so fast that I got bubbles on the top coat. All set. Read Less

After a horrible experience with another salon in Peabody I came here in hopes of getting my nails fixed...and they did such a wonderful job, I will definitely  come back here. The staff was friendly and attentive and my nail tech did a fantastic job with my nails. I recommend the Lincoln Park After Dark! It looks really good! Read Less

Super disappointed with my experience; especially after reading all the great reviews. I went in to get a gel manicure with a girlfriend last Friday. Fast forward to Monday night when I'm texting her because I notice my gel nail polish cracking and chipping like crazy...and so was hers. I also noticed almost immediately after I left that the skin on the sides of my nails look and feel like they were hacked away at. I had to use my own clippers and scissors to avoid getting those little pieces of skin snagged on anything (like nylons EEEKKK!) I've never had a gel manicure like this before where it only lasted 4 days; two days longer than regular old polish..  I'm so disappointed. I was hoping it would be at the very least mediocre because the price is one of the best I've ever encountered. But I guess you get what you pay for. I will offer a small shout out though: The two ladies who worked on my nails were both very polite, and the girl who did my gel nail polish really went above and beyond to get the colors I wanted just right, and the facility was clean, bright, and inviting. Maybe I'll go back someday to give them the benefit of the doubt...but it certainly won't be for any special occasions where I need to look my best. Read Less

I was really excited to find 10 Perfect Nails.  I was looking for a salon that did nail art and embellishments, and they do.  They have a wide selection of nail colors (including Liquid Sand, matte, etc.) and designs, plus they'll add rhinestones.  10 Perfect Nails also has a Instagram feed, so you can view the designs.  The manicure and pedicure were good, including an amazing leg massage, though I would have preferred more skilled razor usage.  The salon is clean and bright, and staff is friendly.  I'd absolutely return.
