I was really excited to go and relax and get my nails done today. That feeling went away as soon as I stepped into that nail salon. If you are not a "regular" client you are not treated very well. Awful!!!!! I will never be back!!!! Nor should you! How in the world is this place still open?!?! I will tell you ladies that we have other amazing nails salons that are clean, pleasant and do amazing work. This place is beyond dirty, the employees are extremely rude and unhappy and the actually service they provide it below average. After making an appointment I still waited for 20 minutes. Sat down to dirty station with someone else's nail clippings. When I asked for a new clean towel they looked at me like I was the crazy one. The nail service was no better. I then had to file my own nails as the tech complained they we too short. I asked them to not worry about the length but more the shape. They wouldn't do it. I should have gotten up at that point but didn't because I had hope still..... My nails look like my 3 year old daughter did them. I then sat down to get my toes done. Thinking this would be relaxing. I was so wrong! I didn't realize my pedicure was the "express" because I was done with the whole thing in under 15 minute. Beyond disappointed by the whole thing. I don't live near Le Nail anymore, but I make sure to make an appointment whenever I'm in town because they are by far the best nail salon I've found in the area. Their pedicures are always relaxing and of highest quality including a hot stone massage and comfortable massage chairs. They have a great selection of nail colors and stay up to date on the newest OPI line.Le Nail is no longer a hidden secret of the North Shore, so it's best to make an appointment if you don't want to wait. One of the best places I have been to, and I have been to a bunch! Staff is very efficient and nice. Techs were very careful with my nails. They took their time to make sure everything was fine, unlike many other places which rush their customers out when they get busy. The place is clean and organized. Reasonable price. This place is amazing; so professional and clean. I actually drive out of my way to go here and it is hands-down the best in Mass and at a great price. I have receive clean, gentle, exceptional service here and the atmosphere is very relaxing. An for the first time I feel taken care of and appreciated for my business. I live a half hour away from here but it is worth the drive overtime. Definitely the only place I go! I definitely recommend making an appointment. For those complaining about the walk in service just make an appointment! If they can't take you on a walk in that means they are busy--and busy is good! I'd much rather a place that is busy then one that is a ghost town. Anyways, this place is VERY clean, always. They have a good assortment of colors and good technicians. Rude. Why say you welcome walk ins if you don't have anyone to take them? I live less than a mile down the street and would really have liked to have felt welcome here.... But felt anything but. Walked in and was greeted by no one. Woman at the front on the phone and ignored me. When someone else told me I had to talk to her because I didn't have an appointment, she looked up and said nope, booked, sorry. I will find another "walk in welcome" nail salon that really means it. So disappointed !!! Ok so I get it Saturdays are crazy busy in all salons but if your too busy you need to stop telling people to come   I had a appointment for nails and toes which when I got there they only had me in for nails. I had an event the following day so needless to say I was a little disappointed .  They sat me in the pedicure station while Mr did my manicure. Oh boy this is where it went wrong. I could have done a better job on my nails. When I went to pay I showed Lee where there was hangnails that weren't trimmed and she proceeded to say "yup $45". No acknowledgment of my complaint. Wait isn't a manicure and pedicure $40??? It is , I forgot they had to put some cotton with nail polish remover on my nails to removed some shellac polish. I am a regular there. If your in a rush for a pedicure this is your place... My service was completed in 20 mins! Funny that it was started about 5 mins (I know it's only 5 mins) after 2 other customers but I was done 10 mins before they were. Reluctant am I to give this place the stars they deserve because I dread the day everyone learns that this really is the best place in Massachusetts for nail care.  Yes, I said it.  Not the best place on the North Shore nor the best place in the Boston region - quite possibly the best place in New England.  It is so.  I travel quite a bit and have been to nail salon after nail salon.  The day I discovered Le Ba's, all of my mani/pedi prayers were answered!  The former owner was great and they recently changed hands.  I admit that I was reluctant for the change but it has actually made this place even better.  They apply UV gel like no other and airbrush the tips.  My nails are perfect every single time without fail.  The people are incredibly friendly and loving.  They have become like a second family to me.  When you sit back in the chair for your pedicure, you will feel relaxed and unrushed.  It is best to call ahead and make an appointment because they are so good that they tend to be pretty busy.   Try them - you will be overjoyed that you did!
