First time here and got a really nice acrylic refill and gel pedicure. The place is small and cozy. Girls here are wicked friendly. Chi is very knowledgeable and professional and does a perfect job. Would give 6 stars if I could, John and Ashley are the best!! Super attentive and friendly service. I went there for the first time yesterday and got a full set of acrylic nails that was the best I ever got, I highly recommend the salon and I will be a regular costumer for sure! :) Read Less

Tried them for the first time last week.  Very pleased.  Linda is warm, accommodating and very good at what she does.  My regular salon changed hands and the new staff made a terrible mess of my manicure.  It took Linda a while to fix, but she was patient and they look beautiful.  Been having my nails done for 22 years and she is one of the best.  Will definitely go back.  Mary D Read Less

My favorite nail salon in the area, bar none.  Not frilly and high end, but I get a manicure and a pedicure that lasts without fail.  The owner, Lin, often gives me a discount for giving her years of business.  She's even stayed late when I've come in and there's been a wait.  If you're looking for a Newbury Street spa pedicure, look elsewhere...but if you're looking for a great mani/pedi that won't break the bank, this is the spot ! I was not happy with my experience at this salon at all.  My pedicure was ok...Nothing special, massage was ok.  I also wanted a shellac manicure.  When she started, I told her I had shellac on and she got mad and started mumbling something about how I should have told her....Hello?  I just did.  Also, she told me she had a color to match the one on my toes in Shellac and it is not the same...it as not even real Shellac product.  I went there because I was in the area and had time to kill.  I would not go back in any circumstance as I thought the owner had a major attitude and would not give her the business. I registered only to defend Linda. I'd she doesn't like you, you clearly aren't worth the time. She is WONDERFUL at her job, she's SO nice, and Linda would NEVER, ever raise her voice at anyone. But I'd you're rude and treat her like she's dirt she isn't going to kiss your feet in return.
