Called Friday to schedule appointment for Sunday. Arrived Sunday, no appointment was noted. Manager yelled across salon asking me to holler back why I was there etc. I was not taken until over 1/2 hour of when appointment was supposed to be. Needed nails done as I had interview Monday.. Called my 90 year old mother to tell her I would not be picking her up for church as planned because I would be too late. She suggested a 6 pm mass. I was told I would be done in time, one hour, which would be 4:40. Told Mom I'd pick her up 5:30. My nail technician, despite my repeating myself ad naseum and varying simple forms of English, could not make my nails, "short, shorter, shaped just like yours, like yours." I sounded foolish and my nails look even more foolish. Not her fault, she worked diligently and neatly, but my nails are huge for my fingers, especially in width. I was charged the full amount! I paid and gave tech decent tip, again, language barrier and no interpreter not her fault. Was done at 5:30!!! Almost two hours! Called my Mom to say I obviously would be late but would do my best to get her to church on time. Called today to ask for owners info; manager refused to provide. After I explained to her, she told me there was nothing she could do, "emergencies" came up. I pushed for owner's info and she hung up on me. I asked if I would be able to remove the acrylic/gels on my own prior to having them done. I was told I could. I hope that is not another disservice and misinformation! Read Less
