Nina did my hands, pretty good job not perfect. I did the dip for the first time and she missed the edges on a couple nails. I didnt complain because its not a huge deal but i noticed it. She picked up my sunglasses and got nail polish on them but by the time I noticed it was dried and stuck to my wallet, she denied it was her fault. I mean I got dip so obviously it wasnt me but whatever. When i went over to the pedi area she handed me over to a guy, he was very uninterested and careless. Very heavy handed, the massage at the end hurt. Every time I asked a question he answered like he was annoyed and started speaking Vietnamese, and I could tell he wasnt being profesional because the other nail tech looked at me every time. Been here twice now. Once for a gel mani pedi and the next time a SNS mani. My first time was really great. They have a pretty good collection of colors for gel and SNS. My technician did an amaziing job. The second time i had a different technician. One of the men in the shop. He was a bit heavy handed when holding my fingers. Maybe its juat that his nails were long but it was painful a few times. Thats the only negative thing i can say. It seems to be a community environment. My gel lasted a week and a half. I was seen here earlier today, and although I didn't have an appointment they started me right away. I did have to wait to actually begin my services (pedi/mani) but a nice young woman got me started by soaking my feet and wrapping my fingers). My pedi came out good, I'm never a hard critic over pedis. However, my gel manicure was not up to par. At first I was complemented on the length of my nails, and half way through encouraged to cut them. I prefer my nails long and informed the woman that I just want them filed. She cut one nail saying it was broken (which was not). I reminded her that I only wanted them filed and she continued to file the nails. I'm giving three stars because she did not do a very good job applying the polish to my nails, I have many bubbles, a spot missing color on one nail, and a few bumps that need to be filed on the tip of my nails. I left disappointed since I was getting my nails done for my upcoming engagement party. I will now be finding a new location to perform a gel manicure that will allow me to show off my ring with pride. Read Less

I am done with Nina Nails.  I told myself I would never go back after they put myself and my friend in a pedicure chair and we sat there with our feet soaking for 30 minutes.  The water got cold and no one informed us about how long they would be or what the hold up was. We had a scheduled appointment!  Very poor customer service.  Then I gave it a second shot and went in recently for a manicure.  The woman that did my nails finished in about 15 minutes and I left with the worst paint job ever! My 2 year old son could've done a neater job. The whole nail wasn't covered, and she basically blobbed color and top coat on my nails.  Sorry Nina, but you lost my business. Read Less

Probably one of the fastest/worse manicures I've ever had. The whole thing maybe lasted 15 minutes I'm talking taking my polish off, shaping my nails, splashing lotion on my hands, painting, and drying quick. When I left I had a sloppy paint job and all the nail polish that was taken off before we started all over my fingers. I'm all about making money but the woman doing my nails was 100% rushing because she wanted to take an eyebrow wax. From how dirty it was I defiantly wasn't expecting spa quality but I would've like to relax a little bit. Never again. Read Less

I've only been here once, but I will definitely come back.  I don't get manicures, I don't get gel, I don't get designs or fake nails or jewels or whatever. I get my nails done for one thing only: massages/chairs.  Anne (Anna?) did my pedicure. I walked in one Sunday without an appointment and didn't have to wait.  Anne showed me to the seat and helped me turn on the massage chair (when I couldn't figure out the settings she actually took the remote from me, pushed a combination of buttons, and I was in heaven. she would turn it back on for me every time it went off).One thing I hate about nail salons is that the options are always vague: pedicure, deluxe pedicure, deluxe spa golden amazing pedicure, it's usually unclear what you're getting/paying for.  So I asked Anne to give me the pedicure that had the most massage time and scrubs.  That was, of course, their super-deluxe organic pedicure= $40. It was fantastic. Between that and the massage chair I almost fell asleep.  Anne did a great job, was a little chatty but not overly talkative, and the best part was the polish on my toes lasted for almost two weeks without chipping at all. I tried Ninas today for the first time because it was convenient and had a few good reviews. I called and asked if they had time for a full set which they did and within minutes I was there and in a chair. I sat in the first station next to the door (I didn't get her name) when I first walked in she was on the phone placing an order for supplies (which was fine with me) I'm an easy to please person and I hate being rude or calling people out on things especially at their own job. after she placed an order she made 4 more phone calls ALL on speaker phone to other people and actually had conversations with them while half ass doing my nails or even making me wait which I thought was absurdly rude and have never in my years of getting my nails done had this done to me!! She NEVER asked me how long or short I wanted my nails (I wanted them pretty short due to work) she left them pretty long and said that they shouldn't be too long or too short. Uh ok? She cut my cuticle too short and made me bleed never said sorry or anything. She never said anything to me the whole time I was in the place! a regular client comes in and asks the guy behind my nail tech if she could get a few of her nails redone with gel - he didn't seem to understand what she meant so while my nail tech was painting GEL onto my nails he interrupts my nail tech and she turns to talk to the client and smudges ALL my left hand fingers!!! Doesn't say sorry doesn't even repaint them or cleaned them up!!!! She put them under the lights and finished up and said done $42 you owe. Really????? I won't ever be back I'll go somewhere else!!!! I'm a regular here but didn't realize I never reviewed them.  Very nice staff although I have a main person I see named Nancy, she's sweet and takes her time with you. She does it all, mani, pedi, waxes and acrylic. She's soft spoken but will always make sure to give you what you want and if it's not right, she will suggest something better.  She's also killer at designs, free hand and going by pictures. The owner is Nina and she does it all as well. Marshall is the only guy there and I've see him do many regular and gel manis that came out to perfection. Ann is also a fav of mine. She's sweet and bubbly, makes you feel right at home. I go to this shp about every 2-3 weeks for manis and once a month for pedis, so I'm there often.They have designated parking in the Walgreens next door and there is also a Dunkin donuts and stop and shop down the street, so convenient! At times they can become very busy so I would suggest you call ahead and make an appointment. They accept walk ins but you may have to wait awhile because they do have many regulars that have reoccurring appointments. Ty have a decent amount of nail polish colors and brands. Got gel nails done and they didn't even last me a week before they started peeling off, but the salon was very clean and seemed nice to I gave it another shot, when I went back the next time I asked for two base coats to last longer and she told me I couldn't because it looks "too thick" I told her I wanted it so she then spoke in Chinese as they all looked at me and spoke she then said next time you want two base coats you will have to pay more money, I will never go back again, they clearly use cheap products if you need two coats for it to last longer then a week.
