I went to this salon last week for a gel manicure. 5 days later the gel is already lifting. I can only assume this is mostly because they painted the polish on to my cuticles, which is a rookie mistake in my opinion. I'm very unhappy with the look of the manicure due to poor application. In addition to painting on to my cuticles, there is an area on one of my nails that is noticeably much thicker than the rest, and on two nails they missed painting a large portion of the edge of my nails. My nail technician told me they couldn't put gel glitter over a gel polish because it would be too thick, while my friend was getting glitter over her color right next to me. I probably would have skipped the negative review if it was just poor application, but 5 days of wear for a gel manicure is a huge waste of time and money. I can get 5 days of polish from a drugstore brand that I paint on at home. Needless to say, I won't be back. Read Less

I did not have a good experience here. I made an appointment for 6 o'clock and I didn't get started until 7:30 even though there were three girls doing nothing. When I was sat done to get a full set of acrylics on my nails the girl kept putting layer apon layer of acrylics in my nails. It took her 30 minutes to do three nails. After she was done my nails were so thick and she did not file them down afterwards. After she finished painting she left the salon and didn't come back so I couldn't ask her to fix them. Read Less

I went there last week. I kept trying to work with the girl who was working on me. She told me not to talk to her . She said she was busy focusing on the nails But she could talk to her fellow workers. She called the manager over because I wanted to know if I could bring in my own top clear color - That took 10 to 15 minutes. Neither of them knew what I was asking for!!! Not one person in there was friendly. Ok so she wants to know if I want square or pointy. I said square- I got the pointy nails. The nails I left with were very, very thin nails. The next morning I went in with three nails that were lifting already. The manager looked at my nails, there were some lifted,!the acrylic didn't even cover my whole nail, the painting job was horrendous. The girl didn't put acrylic down to the bottom of the nail. It looked like they were two weeks old. They DO NOT have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. The manager gave me a hard time. Never Again. Bad bad nail salon. They are a descrase to other nail salons. I got a gift certificate once for my birthday to use here and let me tell you, it was awful! I got a manicure and pedicure with regular polish and a couple days later my big toe was super swollen and infected from the dirty tools they used! Worst place! Waiting forever for a pedicure. Because someone changed there kind mind of there services had me sit in water for over 20 min that ended up freezing cold. Not sure how you can expecting a tip or me to want to get a pedicure after sitting in water forever. Read Less

The work is rushed, and it's definitely noticeable in the end-result. Chunks of cuticle peeking up through the polish and around the edges of my gel mani, a cut on one of my fingers from the cuticle scissors that were used, and pieces of dust in every one of my nails. I also got my brows waxed, and there were so many missed hairs that I had to pluck from the parking lot in my car after leaving. I'm pretty unsatisfied, but if you're not looking for any more than alright results then this place might work for you. Next time, I'll make the trek to somewhere nicer for better quality work. Please avoid going to this place. They don't understand the customers requirement and don't even give you a heads up that they don't know something. They just do something rubbish on ur nails and u r struck with it. They charge you for things that are not done on ur nails. They are rude and unprofessional. I love This nail salon!My Review is based on Gel manicure and pedicure. This is the ONLY place that my gel nails would last for Two weeks!!! My nails are very weak and they chip so easily. I tried other places and they lasted only a few days, but they do a very good job here. I usually order some different nail art designs from Pinterest or somewhere. Hands down my favorite nail salon in the area! The ladies here do an amazing job.. and my gel manicures from here last at least 3 weeks! I had the same tech both time I came in and her attention to detail is unparalleled. She really takes the time to clean up cuticles to make sure your nails are well prepped for the nail polish. When she's done with just the cleaning/filing, I'm already happy with how my nails look. I went into this nail salon with my cousins and it was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I went in for a pedicure and my first gel manicure.. The pedicure came out well, but when we went over to get our gel manicures the gel on mine and my cousin's nails started wrinkling and melting off. After three attempts, my nails turned out sub par (all I got was white). My cousin did not walk out with her nails painted, because they could not find black nail polish that wouldn't wrinkle, her nails looked like raisins. Since i work in the area came in for mani thought i"ll give it a try, not  impressed with the service, the guy at the front desk was rude. Had  to wait for 10 mins after my appointment, which was okay with me as it was my day off. My nail lady did an okay job, my nail polish started to chip in the next two days. Worst nail experience ever.  Staff was rude and far from welcoming.  My 5 year old niece could have given me a better manicure than the woman that gave me a gel manicure.  Globby, didn't dry 100% and the woman was completely put out that I was there to get my nails done.  Wouldn't step foot in there again if you paid me. More like a Vietnamese sweat shop filled with a bunch of women who could care less about the final outcome of anyones nails, more interested in the noodles they are going to eat for dinner. STAY AWAY!! VERY RUDE! took the kids in there to get their nails painted 2 weeks ago. They told me they had nothing available but could take me in an hour, so we said ok. Waited around the plaza for an hour and when we came back in, the lady said she knew nothing about it and there were now 3 people ahead of us! Even after I told her we were SCHEDULED to be there at that time and techinically 1st anyway. She refused to give us our appt or go in the back and ask the guy. Come to think of it, I am pretty sure he even had me write their names down on a sign in sheet. But they still wouldn't take us..Probably because they were getting less money out of kids painting their nails. I am sure of it.. Bad business practices. My kids were SO disappointed. I had been promising them to do this for a month and when we finally had a small amount of time, it was nearly ruined by them! Seeing that this salon got quite a good review, my mom and I decided to come and check it out. It's not hard to miss but when seeing the exterior it was quite unflattering. We walked in and it didn't seem busy, the nail technicians were able to take us right away.When my mom was looking at polish colors I was asking one of the nail technicians if it were possible to do the stiletto shape and seeming very unpleased she responded by saying it would cost about 30 dollars. I was completely astounded. For a fill and to file down the nail to that shape?! That was ridiculous. I questioned her when she gave me that reply as to why it would cost so much and she explained that because of the shape it would be more work. Poor them, I didn't know it was so hard to file down a nail so much. It's not as if they were using more product. Also, a fill on average cost can range from 13-20 dollars. 10 dollars extra just to file them down, I don't think so.Quite disappointed, my mom and I told them that it was a ridiculous price and we weren't interested.I understand that in this economy, money is hard to come by. But they have to take into consideration that customers aren't made of money and if they'd like a returning customer who could also provide more clientele, they shouldn't be requesting ridiculous prices. I'm on almost 10,000 mile road trip and that means having to get my nails done on the road.  I went to this salon because of their supposedly being voted the best nail salon in the area. I say supposedly because I do not know anything other than what they said.It was quite a busy place, but felt more like a highly focused, move the customers on through, type of place.  The owner was very nice when I'd called and told him I had limited time availability and he fit me in. He was very nice when I arrived.The problem arose with the type of nails I have. They could not identify what products were on my nails. The nail tech tried to tell me I had a powdered gel, which I knew was not true. Then he said the shiny top surface also had to be gel, which was also not true. That's when I got on the phone and called my manicurist so she could talk to them directly.Then the owner told me they did not have the right product my manicurist had used (a high end solar acryllic).  However, they could do a fill, but it would be with a different product. I was so desperate to do SOMETHING that I agreed. The funny thing was that on my way back to the nail tech's station, a customer in the pedicure chair asked me to stop and show her my nails. She said another salon 'Rose Salon' behind Chili's restaurant had the product I needed. While she was talking, another customer at the nail station said 'Yes, that is the place to go!'.  It surprised me that two customers both said to go elsewhere, even though they were getting services themselves.The owner was a bit miffed and I didn't blame him. I asked to pay for some of the nail techs time and he said no. I offered a tip to the nail tech and he also said no. So I left and will not return. However, I did rate them mid range as they were clean and they were nice. I do appreciate that they tried to work with me. Read Less
