Can this Salon handle and style any hair texture? Absolutely! When I got my silk press done here, I received tons of compliments. It looked amazing. After many washes and treatments though, my natural texture has not come back. My hair was permanently heat damaged. I had long natural hair and never had this issue when I got silk presses from other salon. As a customer that been here only one time, I am truly disappointed. They need more education on healthy haircare or need to listen to their customers when they request certain things. By far the best salon. I Came in with my daughter for prom first time, Everything under one roof, the owner is extremely professional along with all the staff members. She was patient with my daughter who's extremely picky with straightened hair as she has very curly hair. However after blowout she loved it! kim' s nails the BEST. What can I say about this wonderful woman that would do her any justice with her beautiful modern salon! I've been seeing Quana for 14 years now. I've followed her from salon to salon, to her home and back to her own salon now. I have to say, she is one of the best healthy hair care specialists I've ever met and experienced in my 48 years. I'm every hair salon's nightmare on Elm street. I go from wigs, to weave to braids to relaxers and my hair is a mess. Most Salons would charge me double for all the work they have to do twice a year when I finally decide to come in but not Quana. I receive the same Blessed professional service with a smile and I can honestly say she is no longer just my hair dresser, she's my friend. She's booked solid most times and that speaks volumes! She's donated to the community and at risk children her services in the form of a gift card and again that speaks loudly. I've been going to Quana for the last 11 years. I can honestly say I do not trust anyone else with my hair. She knows what the hair needs to make it grow, look and feel healthy. Her products are state of the art and are customized depending on what kind of hair you have. People have been complimenting me on my hair since I was a kid.
