As a long time costumer of Jenny's, the outcome always varies. I had done my lashes with her from her start at another salon in Lower Mills years ago. I stayed with her when she opened her new salon, I've referred a significant number of clients to her. I stopped getting my lashed done about a year and a half ago for a number of reasons. I got a full-set from her counter part while she was on vacation and they all fell off in a matter of two days or so. I tried to get in contact with Jenny, but she was out of the country. I reached out to her for a few weeks, but she wouldn't be returning for at least 6 - 8 weeks. Jenny did my eyelashes and they look amazing. She is very nice and professional. Only thing I wish she would have showed me how long "long" is, because they look very exaggerated and dramatic but otherwise very nice individual lashes- which is what i was looking for. Her cat eye style is very feminine and she is fast with her hands- it took one hour for a full set. 5 stars because I finally found a place close to home that does quality lashes at a great price- next time i will just ask for natural and probably get a slightly exaggerated look haha. I usually only go here for pedis however decided to try for gel mani for once. Now in all the years that I've got gel manicures normally they last at least two weeks. And if for any reason they don't my normal nail place will fix them at no charge. My nails lasted only 4 and all began to chip. So i went back to the salon to show them how quickly they had chipped, only for them to tell me that they would fix them but I would be charged. I think that is utterly ridiculous to charge for gel nails that didn't even last a whole week. Clearly the quality of products must be cheap or they are not done right. The Glam Lashes & Spa it's clean,spacious, and awesome customer service. I felt like a million but did not cost me that . Jenny and Tina are very professional ,also are knowledgeable about cosmetology (mani & pedi) especially for the glamours soirée look with the lashes ((((( ))))) .
