I am giving one star are there are no options for none. Go here if you like to waste money.The owner was very disrespectful and rude because I asked for a nail art? I'm paying for it right? So WTF? Anyways they ending speaking over my head in their language(very rude) and I went ahead to say nail arts are too much. She kept insisting I picked a color to get my nails painted and totally ignored the fact I wanted some design to it. She abandoned me to attend to some other customer for reasons s best known to her. There is always a wait since they do a nice job on your nails and wax but, this place is dirty and not worth the risk. After coming here a few times I noticed they do not take basic sanitary precautions. One time the table in the wax room had some stained sheets/towels on which I had to ask the lady to address before I laid down. Who knows who laid what on those sheets. My last straw was when I arrived early in the a.m for a pedicure and they were running behind. The nail salon had a really bad smell and I couldn't figure it out until I went to the pedicure bowl and noticed several litter boxes in the back. I have not been back since. Read Less

Got a pedicure today it was terrible they use Jurgens lotion that you buy at CVS they used to use hot stones I think the girl was never asked to draw a flower she couldn't do it used to go there before won't be going again the service is absolutely terrible it's not even worth the $20 Read Less

This is a nice salon. I've been here a few times for manicures and once for a pedicure. My nails came out great and the service was good. Lots of colors to pick from. The only downside to this place is the parking situation since it's on the street parking and spaces in the square can be hard to come by. Read Less

I tried this place for the first time and was really happy with the acrylic Job with gel over it. The younger woman did them and she probably could have been friendlier and I would have done five stars. The older woman who did my back massage was really kind. I will be back. Read Less

I chose Fairy Nails because of the convenient location, and I was a walk in pedicure. This was the most painful pedicure I've ever had. My toenails are cut way too short so that they hurt. I'm afraid I'm going to get an ingrown toenail from this. Not relaxing or enjoyable at all. Read Less

Whatever you do, DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. I have been in the service industry for the past 8 years and because of this I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this place had too many strikes for my liking. I went in for a gel mani/pedi yesterday afternoon for a birthday present for myself. I chose my nail color for my toes, and when I looked at the sample nails for the gel I was unimpressed. They had about 20 shades of green, brown, and red, but no "fun fall colors" like deep navy, black, or grey. The shades of blue that seemed promising on the sample were only painted once so there was no way to tell how the color would actually show up when painted with two layers. To get a better idea, I saw that they had the OPI gel colors on another wall, I asked to look, was told yes, but as soon as I got over they ushered me to my pedicure chair. I still had not picked a color! I told them this and the (I'm assuming) owner told me she would find one for me, and then asked what I was looking for. I began to soak my feet, and told her I'd like a navy blue color to match my toes. (*NOTE: THEY DO NOT HAVE COORDINATING GEL/NON GEL COLORS) She went over to the shelf and found a purple nail polish... I politely said that color might be a little too purple, but that I saw a navy color on the shelf. Her response was "Well then get up, walk over, and go look." Three things to note: she already offered to look for me, my feet were already soaking in the tub, and I had to walk over barefoot. Yes, I walked over. I was appalled. In retrospect I should have left, but it was my birthday and I wanted a mani/pedi. I hadn't had one in months! I found the color that I had mentioned and gave it to the girl doing the pedicure. She did an ok job. There was no salt scrub or oil in my water, and she maybe exfoliated my feet for 15 seconds each. Again, MONTHS since my last pedi... 15 seconds did not do the trick. Color does look good I will say. Gel mani is goopy. She put on the base coat in globs which effected a couple nails. I had to clip off excess gel from under my nail when I got home... I live a block over and can walk to Fairy Nails, but believe me, I will be hopping in my car and driving to a much better salon the next time I need my nails done. The awful service and sub par mani/pedi are not worth the convenience. Read Less
