Excellent service! I started going here three months ago and I am very pleased with the service. I see Julie about every two to three weeks and she does a fantastic job. Customer satisfaction is NOT their priority. I had a pedicure done on Saturday and by Monday (2 days later) noticed that there was still dry skin on my heels and toes. I called the salon to see if they could fix this because I paid $30.00 and was promptly told that because I didn't get the more expensive paraffin wax pedicure, that basically it was normal for my feet to not look great. This place is fantastic!  I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I am very picky. Since the first time I walked into Belinda's over 2 years ago, I won't go anywhere else! I like my nails a certain shape and length....Keith is my nail technician and is simply fantastic. When I go to get a manicure, pedicure and I bring a book, that is a clear sign to say hello and how are you and leave it at that. The entire time I was there I felt on the defense, he kept asking me what was wrong repeatedly. I left more stressed than when I went in. When I went in the first time as a walk in they had me make an appointment and come back. It is too big for the amount of people they have working there. Having one person doing pedicures on a Saturday just isn't enough. A man, who I assume was the manager, kept talking to staff and distracting them from their work and customers from relaxing. My daughters and I have been coming to Belinda's since they opened.  The staff is friendly, the salon is very clean, and the technicians are very good.  When we arrive we are asked if we would like coffee or water, and we are treated warmly and professionally.  There are two restrooms that are kept clean and neat, not like other salons I've been to.  Some may say that the prices are a few dollars higher than other salons, but you get what you pay for.  My nails look fantastic, and I get compliments all the time.  If for any reason you are not happy, they will correct any problems until you are 100% satisfied.  I've broken a few nails and when I went back to fix, was taken right away and no fee.  You will not find a better salon in the area!  The manager and his wife are lovely! This is the best nail salon I've ever been to. I've lived in Tampa and all over Mass and have been getting my nails done for over 20 years at so many nail salons and this tops them all! I don't think I've ever been fully satisfied at any of them until today. This place is clean and spacious... I love the nail dust vacuums built into the center of the tables, the built in uv lights, the tables have no clutter, comfortable seats, nice wall mounted tv's that actually had the news. They took me as a walk in and repaired a broken nail perfectly... Love this place! I wish every nail salon was like this! Very clean, upscale, reasonably priced and relaxing! Very clean! Which is very important to my daughter and I. Friendly and accommodating for comfort.  All the tools they used are freshly opened from there packages. You get to keep them ( file, scrubber and toe splitter thing.) My only wish is that they had a kids chair. Read Less

Don't bother! The website clearly says that walk-ins are welcome but they're not. I walked in and nobody was at the desk. I waited 10 minutes before somebody appeared. He did not greet me and didn't even have the courtesy to remove his mask when speaking to me. I asked for a pedicure and he said, "no". I asked if he meant I had to wait and he said, "No. Maybe later". I asked later when and if I should make an appointment and he said, "No. Maybe later" and walked away. Ridiculous! Read Less

Definitely bring your wallet - this is not your corner nail salon, more of a "spa experience" with a varied selection of services and prices. I liked it! I dropped in on a rainy, windy  afternoon and was greeted very professionally. They didn't blink when I started by asking them to throw away my wind-trashed umbrella which I took as a good sign. I have a need to feel comfortable when I go to a new salon, not treated as if I have to prove myself worthy and this salon hit all the right notes for me. With no appointment, I walked in at the right time as they were full when I left - a good sign on a Monday afternoon.The salon itself is big, very, very clean, lots of space (two cup holders per pedi chair gives a safe spot to park your phone) and although the blue & orange color scheme may not be to everyone's taste, it was surprisingly still very relaxing!I like their process of greeting and determining my service selections in the reception area, so by the time I found my color and wandered back to my chair (one of 8 nicely appointed pedi chairs) the tech was ready for me with all the materials needed for the best high-end pedi I've had in years. Hot rock massage, leg massage, foot massage, parrafin  - it was great!  The only nit-picky thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is it was a little "retail space used as a salon-ish" and I felt the lack of a plant or two. I did very much like the glass sculptures in the wall alcoves, though and I'm a sucker for watching big screen tv's while I'm captive in a nail chair!I also very much liked the checkout- pay AFTER drying at the 6-seat drying table AND the tip can be added to the credit card charge instead of having to scrabble for cash beforehand. I was offered a beverage three times and carried the nail files away with me for the next time, again, clean! All in all, very professional, nice attention to detail, considerate service. I went here for the first time today. I recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. I was really happy with the service. It is a little more expensive than other nail salons but I think you get what you pay for. They were also very clean, which is at the top of my list of needs. They give you the file they used on you to take home with you, which is exactly what should be done single they are a single use item and shouldn't be used on the next costumer. I had a full set of acrylics done and was out in about 40 minutes, so it didn't take too long either. I think next time I'll have a pedicure. Their pedicure chairs looked very appealing. Read Less

Big, clean and quiet. However I'm giving them a low rating because I read they have a complimentary bar and never got offered a drink. Also they don't know how to do stilleto nails ( pointy nails) and seriously screwed mine up by making them too short, too dull and filed them crooked. I hate to be the person to complain but I asked him to go back and re-file them and showed him lots of pictures to reference and he still couldn't do it. I also asked about nail art and designs and they didn't bother to show what they could do/offer it to me. Five Star Salon: I highly recommend Belinda's. The staff is courteous and professional. The salon is spotless and all tools used for manicures and pedicures are individually wrapped and sterilized.
