I received my first haircut at Indulgence Salon this week! My stylist was Tracy and she is fantastic. I had't gotten a haircut in 11months prior.... Yup, you read that right. 11 months! This was partly because I have curly hair and was hesitant to hand my locks over to a stranger who may not have the experience or enthusiasum for curly hair cuts. However, that all changed when I looked up from my work desk one morning and noticed that my fellow curly coworker had gotten a haircut... and it looked really great. I inquired about her cut, and her recommendation is what brought me to Tracy's chair. Tracy is so welcoming and friendly, and knows all about curls. She listened to my thoughts for my hair and invited the inspiration picture I brought along of the type of cut I was hoping to achieve. (Spoiler alert: She nailed it)! Tracy explained what she would like to do to accomplish my style goal and took the made sure to explain to me the technique she was using for my hair type. Tracy was pleasant, and engaging, making me feel at ease under her care. She also made it a point to be attentive to my needs, encouraging any type of feedback in order to produce the best result. In the same vein , I never felt that uncomfortable pressure of being pushed products. I felt free to browse and felt complete comfort to inquire when I wanted. I had such a great first experience at Indulgence Salon. The staff I encountered during my visit were extremely kind and accomodating... and my cut came out fantastic! I will absolutely be back, and definitely sooner this time!

Ruined my hair, owner or stylist wouldn’t take responsibility for their bleach fail. Never got refunded after giving them hundreds of dollars. After expressing my frustrations on my personal Facebook, the owner took to her business Facebook page and posted a belittling status about me and how this was basically my fault, and then took it down. How unprofessional! Save your money and go else where because if you are not satisfied with your hair all they will offer to do is have someone else there fix it for you, and if you’re not comfortable with that you are SOL.

I had my hair and my make-up done by the Indulgence Salon team for my December 10th wedding and both women did an incredible job. I could not be happier with how it turned out. They both delivered exactly what I asked for. I showed them pictures and explained what I was going for with my overall look, and they made it happen. I asked Kuri to give me a wavy natural looking hairstyle that I could wear down - I also wanted it to have an old Hollywood sort of feel. She gave me soft waves/gentle curls that held the entire evening without excessive product! I was extremely impressed and it looked awesome! I also loved my make-up. I wanted something glamorous that still felt semi-natural since I don't usually wear make-up and I didn't want to feel like a stranger when I looked in the mirror. The woman that did my make-up (I'm so sorry! I don't know her name!) made sure to keep that in mind and was awesome. I loved the final look.I got ready at the reception location (Country Club of Pittsfield) since that is where the pictures were going to be happening prior to the ceremony and they came and did their work on site. It was awesome and one less thing to worry about. It was also super helpful that I got to have a trial a few weeks before the wedding because it allowed us to tweak the look to make sure it was perfect for the big day.I got so many compliments on my hair and make-up, and I'm really glad I chose Indulgence Salon!

My mother and I came in to get our hair done before my wedding. They were fast and did an amazing job (and the price was very reasonable)! Through out the day, so many people commented on how lovely my hair was. And now with pictures people keep asking me where I got it done! I came in with an idea of what I wanted (a braided updo) but without any pictures. The woman who did our hair (Anna, I think) was fantastic - took the idea and made it even better. What's more - she did not destroy my hair (or head) with too much hair spray or too many bobby pins. The hair style lasted no problem through the entire day (12+ hours) of preparations and celebration but was easy to remove once I was ready to shower. My mother had her hair washed and blown out and was very happy with the results. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks!

I recently moved to the Berkshires, and was looking for a new full-service salon. A coworker recommended Indulgence, and in the last week I've gotten my hair cut and colored there. Elena does a beautiful job cutting curly hair, and was able to reshape my hair into bouncy curls. I was also interested in getting my hair ombre dyed, and Kuri masterfully created a natural-looking ombre. I love the way my hair looks and will be back again!

I received my first haircut at Indulgence Salon this week! My stylist was Tracy and she is fantastic. I had't gotten a haircut in 11months prior.... Yup, you read that right. 11 months! This was partly because I have curly hair and was hesitant to hand my locks over to a stranger who may not have the experience or enthusiasum for curly hair cuts. My mother and I came in to get our hair done before my wedding. They were fast and did an amazing job (and the price was very reasonable)! Through out the day, so many people commented on how lovely my hair was. And now with pictures people keep asking me where I got it done!
