I wish I could only leave one star! I had my nails done at this location and by the next day I noticed they were just awful looking. When I finally got to take a look, you know? There were bumps and ridges, all of the lengths were different.. if it was one nail but it was ALL of them- to the point where my friends noticed without being told. In 16 years of having my nails done on and off this has NEVER happened to me! For $50, yeah.. NOT what I expected! Due to the holidays I couldn’t get in to speak with someone until a week later. Even though it had been a week, an acrylic set with gel polish, the nails should still be standing up and the way they were originally “shaped” and whatnot is still entirely noticeable. By day 3 i was missing a nail and by the 7th day the “never chips” gel was chipping. I went in and showed them, nicely, explained the situation really nicely, and just said, “I’d really appreciate it if I could just have the full set re-done. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and coming in a week later, but it’s still obvious what was screwed up by your tech, and the holidays kind of screwed up getting in here.” There was a nice woman doing a manicure and a younger guy. The guy told me it’s been a week, and anyways they don’t have anyone (2pm) to do acrylics for the whole day. Give me a break. He clearly didn’t want to be bothered with it seeing as it had been a week. Silly me for thinking they’d want to fix something done so noticeably wrong. There was another customer there who also seemed pretty appalled at how I was being treated when i was being SO nice- I was even planning on leaving $10 tip for the I convenience! Then, he suggested I come back the next day, another trip, and have the SAME woman re-do my nails. What?! Hell no! I left my name and number for the boss and left, saying at this point I am so insulted and annoyed I want a full refund put on my credit card. I received a phone call that they don’t know how to put refunds back on cards, they’ll mail me a check on Monday. This was on a Wednesday. I’ve yet to receive said AGREED UPON in TEXT refund in the mail or ANY correspondence. They’re unprofessional and liars who do a really crappy job on nails. Read Less
