Walked in because of close proximity to my house. I got a pedicure with Julie. For the first time I got the ten minute foot/leg for $10. I was so exhausted and comfortable that I fell asleep. I don't mind that I fell asleep except that I missed the whole rub! She was very professional and quiet. I love that!

They charge different each time I go, so when I questioned it they said they now charge for removal and then said I had a manicure (which I didn't)?! They also didn't apply the base gel to my shallac,...

Was told when I got my shellac done that take off was included in the price, went to take them off and they said it would cost. Asked them if it was £5 as my sister in law paid that few weeks prior to...
Was told when I got my shellac done that take off was included in the price, went to take them off and they said it would cost. Asked them if it was £5 as my sister in law paid that few weeks prior to get hers removed and they said no it would cost £7. Just feel like they charge what they feel like. And the lady buffed my nail with the drill down so much that my nails look horrific and feel paper thin! I've had shellac done in the past but never like this.

If you go here, DO NOT let the male techs touch your nails. I had great experiences with the female techs. The males are incompetent. From my last mani/pedi, my hands still hurt from the guy grindi...
If you go here, DO NOT let the male techs touch your nails. I had great experiences with the female techs. The males are incompetent. From my last mani/pedi, my hands still hurt from the guy grinding off all of my acrylic rather than filling it from the bottom like you are suppose to do, and have lost 2 that were poorly filled. And nail polish is UNDER the gel so I cant get it all off for a new polish. And this guy was incredibly rude. Pedi - not much better - very rough, very quick and I had a toenail actually fall off this week. This is a crapshow - stay away if you cannot pick the tech (and they overbook like crazy so be prepared to wait despite an appointment,)

I don't mind that I fell asleep except that I missed the whole rub! She was very professional and quiet. I love that!
