I went to D'gala nails, and Lee, the owner, gave me a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door! i went to d'gala in Pembroke center this evening for a pedicure. the place was packed but it didn't take too long for them to get me right me in the comfy massage chair. the lady who took care of me -vinnie, was beyond wonderful! she was pleasant professional and very attentive. when my friend jokingly asked if i was going to get a color on my toe nails [unusual for a man] i said "why not its Christmas" vinnie was amused but did a fine job painting my nails a festive holiday red.I was most impressed with D'Gala, especially Vinnie. This review is solely for the pedicure.. Came on a Monday morning when they first opened since I knew it would be more slow.  Overall, it was a bit of a rushed experience. ��I would have preferred my cuticles/feet to be cleaned a bit more. It's not like there were any customers waiting. Overall, the paint job was decent,(i could live with it) but not much time/detail put into it...(rushed)  looked pretty sloppy.  However, I think it depends on who you get. Someone else came around the same time I did for a pedicure, and she had more attention/time given to her in terms of cleanup on the feet and massage.   From beginning to end it was 20 minutes for my pedicure.  Not exactly the relaxing morning pedi I had in mind. I've had two gel manicures at D'Gala and both were well done and lasted a long time. Very professional and I was able to book an appointment within the hour.  Staff is very friendly and I will definitely come back. Read Less
